Der vorherige Hotelbesitzer war deutlich besser
Pros:

Die Lage und die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind hervorragend. Die Altstadt, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Zimmer sind groß und hell.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist groß und abwechslungsreich. Die Lebensmittel sind frisch und geschmackvoll.

Im Frühstückssaal gibt es Stifte und Malblätter für Kinder.

Cons:

Das Personal am Empfang ist teils sehr unfreundlich und unmotiviert.

Die Heiz- und Klimakombi im Zimmer lässt sich schwer bedienen.

Das Schlafsofa war katastrophal mit Verletzungsgefahr (lose Schrauben und verrutschende Latten) und das Bett sehr hart.

Unser Zimmer hatte ein kaputtes Fenster und ein Loch in der Wand.

Das Kinderfrühstück ist ungesund... Kuchen, Schokoladenaufstrich, Pancakes und Waffeln... all das gab es auch im Erwachsenenbereich...also warum stolz anpreisen?

Keine Fernseh- oder Streamingmöglichkeiten auf deutsch...außer ZDF.

The location is great and the room was clean!

Cons:

I booked it with a dog, only to be charged €50 upon checkout. Ruined a good trip! It’s not the staffs fault, but I booked it with a pet ticked upon booking so it should be charged there and then. Wasn’t a nice surprise to end a wonderful trip!

Pros:

Location is good—right next to Turia Park, so great for walks and relaxing—although it could be a bit closer to the city center—but it’s a bit far from the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with everything you’d expect for a 4-star hotel at this price, but nothing particularly special beyond that.

Cons:

I didn’t have any major complaints. If I had to mention something, the bed sheets felt a bit impractical and could be improved, but overall everything was very good.

Geweldig!
Pros:

We verbleven 10 dagen in Novotel Valencia Lavant. We verbleven met een gezin van 5 personen waaronder 1 invalide (in een rolstoel). Het hotel was rolstoelvriendelijk. De kamers waren erg ruim en comfortabel. Vanuit onze kamers hadden we mooi uitzicht over de stad en was het dichtbij de bushalte- en metrostations. Ondanks de ligging naast een drukke weg, had je in de avond geen last van het geluid omdat de ramen geluiddicht waren. Het was ook fijn dat het hotel naast een winkelcentrum lag, wat iedere dag geopend was. Naar het centrum was het ongeveer 10 min. lopen en lag het heel centraal. Bijna alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand te bezoeken. Ook het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We zijn heel erg tevreden over ons verblijf!
