Great spot but poor communication
Pros:

Great location and ideal for kids.

Cons:

Communication isn't great. We were sent to the wrong room 3 times and there was no crib in despite a request. We then accidentally left something behind and after repeated calls haven't had a response from the hotel about it. We also specifically booked for the pool which ended up being closed.

Fajnie, ale z mankamentami (głównie na basenie)

Bardzo fajny funkcjonalny pokój, bardzo czysto w pokoju i miłe pomocne pokojówki

Cons:

Najgorzej z basenem i barem przy nim. Mało leżaków, jeszcze mniej parasoli. Zalegające naczynia po jedzeniu i drinkach, fruwające serwetki po czyimś posiłku. Końcówki papierosów w szczelinach desek, poplamione materace. Zamówić i zapłacić, a potem otrzymać zamówienie w barze to wyzwanie. Strasznie dziwne. Obsługa miła, ale bezradna. Terminal stale nie działa. Godzina 18, basen pełny, a bar przy basenie zamykają. Po wszystko trzeba biegać na dół. Nie pyta gości czy może coś podać. Zero nakręcania sprzedaży. Brak możliwości zamawiania na pokój. Kelner idzie z tacą, zwiało mu papierek, spojrzał, olał, poszedł dalej. Gołębie mają raj na resztkach.

Pros:

De ligging. Naast park Turia en winkelcentrum. Verder stopt de bus en metro om de hoek! Verder was de kamer prima en het zwembad is natuurlijk echt een toevoeging zo op het dak!

Cons:

Het is een groot hotel en kan dus druk zijn in de lobby en ontbijt. Maar dat is ook echt het enige.

Super Zimmer, super Frühstück, nette Sky-Bar, Personal ein bisschen jung/unerfahren.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, super Zimmer, tolles Frühstück.
Sky Bar. Sehr tolle Aussicht. Pool vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist aber recht schnell voll.
Rezeption sehr professionell.
Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig.

Cons:

Personal: Sehr viele junge Leute, die etwas desorientiert wirkten... 5 Kellner bei der Bar, keiner fragt, ob du was trinken möchtest. Das ginge stärker.
Beim Frühstück gab es am 2 Tag kein Salz mehr. Der Kellner (sehr jung) sagte, es gibt keines ... naja ... wahrscheinlich gab es in der Küche schon noch Salz in irgendeiner Form ^^
Pool ist recht klein, aber nett anzusehen.

Wenn einem Sauberkeit nicht wichtig ist, dann OK

Lage und Personal

Cons:

Leider enttäuschend: Das Zimmer war nicht sauber (schmutzige Badezimmertür und stark verschmutzter Duschbereich). Im Foyer und auf dem Weg zum Frühstück roch es unangenehm. Der Orangensaft beim Frühstück war gekippt und das benutzte Geschirr wurde während unseres gesamten 1,5-stündigen Frühstücks überhaupt nicht abgeräumt. Leider nicht der Standard, den wir erwartet hatten.
