Zum einfach schlafen ok müsste jetzt aber keine 15 Minuten in diesen Zimmern verbringen!
Pros:

Die Bar auf der Dachterrasse war mega schön und das Personal dort auch mega nett!!!

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind klein und sehr, sehr dunkel! Sprich kleine Fenster, dunkle Möbel und dunkle Vorhänge!!! Die Flure, Teppiche und Zimmer waren nicht gut geputzt. Es war viel Staub, viele Flecken und Kaputte Teppiche sowie kaputte Treppen vorhanden. Die Steine der Treppen waren abgeblättert und fielen zum Teil ganz von den Wänden ab!!
Auch der Selbstbedienungsautomat war bis auf 3 Colaflaschen und 2 Chipstüten immer leer uns wurde in diesen 5 Tage nie aufgefüllt!!!

Great stay over all . Would recommend hotel but but the lower floors

El desayuno fue espectacular. Personal bastante atento.

Cons:

Hervidor de agua no funcionaba, televisor no conectaba con el movil, me lo arreglaron pero deberían cuidar esos detalles. Como cliente me resulta molesto andar pendiente de esas cosas.

Great location, amenities and fabulous staff

The staff were really friendly and my son loved the pool minus it being ice cold. The room was clean and modern.

Pros:

Beds were so comfortable—we all slept really well! The location was perfect, really close to the metro, and we loved walking to the old town through the beautiful park with our teenage daughter.

Breakfast was a real highlight—so much choice, delicious. Even when it was busy, the staff handled it so well. Everyone we came across was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Some were more confident in English than others, but we found everyone to be lovely and helpful.

We especially loved the rooftop pool—such a treat relaxing there on a warm April afternoon. And the Skybar was the perfect spot for a couple of drinks before bed.

We had such a lovely stay and would happily come back. Thank you for making it so enjoyable.
