Just one blip
Pros:

The hotel decor was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were tastefully decorated. I liked the tea & coffee making facilities and the lush body wash.

Cons:

I didn't like the huge cockroach in my bedroom as soon as I arrived. There was no hair conditioner which I really missed

Todo correcto
Pros:

Todo bien. Las habitaciones amplias, para estar agusto, bonitas, luminosas, amplias, igualmente el baño.
El personal amable y aunque la ubicación no es la mejor.. En un paseíto llegas al centro.

Cons:

Quizás el precio un poco elevado para la ubicación pero es San Sebastián así que es lo que se espera de la ciudad

Pleasent enough but made poor by a wifi issue
Pros:

The room was large and airy

Cons:

The location was some way from the main part of the City. The wifi in the room was inconsistent and largely absent. This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The staff were unhelpful when the problem was pointed out to them.

Breve pero muy acogedor
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la decoración de las habitaciones y también la iluminación. Las camas muy cómodas, daban ganas de no salir. Agradecemos mucho a una chica de recepción que nos dejó un cargador para cargar uno de nuestros teléfonos.

Cons:

La ducha era un poco delicada, ya que si no andabas con cuidado, con la alcachofa que se podía soltar podías mojar todo el baño
