Pros:

Excellent service from the staff in all area’s of the hotel starting from a personalised check in . Warm and luxurious feel to the accomodation and facilities. Scenic location in a quiet neighbourhood.

Dans un charmant petit village, nous avons découvert un hôtel superbe (chapeau au décorateur), les équipements sont très biens et il y a un joli restaurant. Le service est parfait

Un hôtel 5 étoiles qui se distingue facilement des autres par son service exceptionnel, le souci du details, le sourire des professionnels, sans compter la Table d’Armante qui devra obligatoirement recevoir une étoile Michelin pour sa son menu prestige tout en finesse et valorisant le terroir et son accord mets vins brillant.

uitstekende service en accommodatie
minpunten zijn het ontbijt : 2 formules - onze gewoontes bij 5 sterren is all in - confituur en croissant is typisch frans ( formule 17€) - maar een beetje pauper in een 5 sterren. de pannenkoeken bij de duurdere formule niet geslaagd noch de crêpes noch de pancakes.. keuken is niet voorzien op uitgebreide ontbijtformule
ook diner in restaurant op 1 avond was tegenvaller : witlof nietgenoeg gebakken en coquilles st jacques teveel - keuken is blijkbaar niet stabiel.
spa is fantastisch alleen mag er een regulatie komen betreffende de kinderen : bv toegelaten op bepaalde uren.

Hotel was excellent! Amazing staff, lovely wooden chalet type hotel. Clean, lovely rooms, great food. They handled everything perfectly and made our trip lovely. We stay at the most fabulous hotels and this def stacked up, we would certainly recommended !!!
