Pros:

Vue superbe, se rendre en auto a été compliqué vu le traffic dû au parc d'attraction.

Cons:

Malheureusement le funiculaire ouvre tard et ferme tôt (pas la faute de l'établissement par contre) , ce qui complique l'accès à la ville. Concernant le bar, 17 euros pour deux bières était exhorbitant, même au Marriott à l'aéroport la même chose a coûté 11 euros. Aucune ambiance en soirée, à 22h tout est mort à l'hôtel.

Cons:

Les cocktails au bar étaient immondes (voir photo).
Le personnel presque inexistant et peu impliqué dans leur fonction.
L hôtel fonctionne grâce à son emplacement et non à la qualité offerte à la clientèle.

They did not honor our Booking.com reservation as the wanted full rate from their site. Warrants investigation.

Nothing as they did not honor our reservation.

Cons:

They emailed as we were traveling after making reservations they said they no longer had any rooms and would need to cancel. When we tried to cancel they wanted to charge for full night. Called and they were not helpful but said they would ask a manager. Eventually cancelled. Suspect they wanted full rate vice discount we were getting on Booking.com. They should be investigated so others don’t have the same issue in the future.

Ik had er meer van verwacht voor deze prijs en 4 sterren.
Pros:

Een prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Een mooie lounge met comfortabele stoelen. Aardige medewerkers. De kamer was goed schoongemaakt.

Cons:

De prijzen in de bar zijn bizar hoog! Een gin tonic € 22,00. Een hamburger € 22 enz…
We hadden een kamer geboekt met zeezicht (€ 260,00 per nacht!) maar zaten boven een vies plat dak. Jammer! Ook werd de kamer naast ons verbouwd. In de middag veel lawaai, boren en timmeren: jammer! De koffie bij het ontbijt is smakeloos en het buffet 4 dagen het zelfde. Geen variatie ( ontbijt: €25,00!)
Op de foto ziet de fitnessruimte er redelijk uit, maar dat is niet de realiteit. Er staan een paar toestellen en dat is het.
Een pretpark rond het hotel.

Great one night stay will return
Pros:

Our first room was very noisy with an adjoining door that prevented no noise protection, the reception moved us to another room which was exactly what we expected. We had room service to enjoy the wonderful view, great food, parking was easy.
