Die Lage ist unschlagbar wegen der Aussicht über die gesamte Stadt und die Bucht mit dem Strand. Das Hotel liegt isoliert auf einem kleinen Berg.
Es gibt wohl in keinem Hotel einen Frühstücksraum mit einem derartigen Panoramablick.
Auch die Terrasse mit dem Pool ist sehr schön gemacht und bietet neben kompletter Erholung auch wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Stadt und Bucht auf der einen Seite und den Atlantik auf der anderen Seite.
Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch, dass es ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel gibt und diese nicht extra kosten.

Cons:

Das Personal wirkte teilweise desinteressiert. Die 24-Stunden-Rezeption war oft verwaist, sie hat ohnehin nur zwei Arbeitsplätze, von denen meist nur einer besetzt war, oft war niemand zu sehen.

Unser Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer, die natürlich abgeschlossen war, aber durch die man jedes Wort aus dem Nebenzimmer hörte (und umgekehrt die Nachbarn jedes Wort von uns.
Auf die Bitte an der Rezeption, uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben, erklärte mir die Dame zwar sehr professionell und teflon-artig, das sie mich absolut verstehen könne und dass ihr das sehr Leid täte, aber dass sie da leider im Moment nichts dran ändern könne. Sie würde noch einmal mit ihrem Manager Rücksprache halten, ob man nicht doch etwas für uns tun könne. Sie würde wieder auf uns zurückkommen. Natürlich ist das nie geschehen.

Direkt am Hotel ist ein kleiner, skurriler, aber historischer Freizeitpark mit einigen kleinen Fahrgeschäften und einer Holzachterbahn von 1912. Einerseits ganz nett, andererseits den ganzen Tag über Geschrei von dieser Seite. Nur als Hinweis für den, der absolute Ruhe sucht.

Die Lage des Hotels ist auf dem Monte Igueldo mit dem fantastischen Blick über die Bucht von San Sebastián/ Donostia außergewöhnlich. Zum Ort sind es knapp 2 km bergab zu Fuß, bergauf kann man mit der Standseilbahn Funicular fahren. Der kleine Vergnügungspark auf dem Berg ist zwischen 20.00 und 11.00 Uhr geschlossen, so dass der Lärm sich in Grenzen hält.
Herrlich ist die Lage des Pools mit ausreichend Liegen mit wundervoller Aussicht.
Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.
Gefrühstückt haben wir allerdings lieber im
Ort in einem Café.

Hotel amb ocupació garantida per la situació privilegiada però que ha oblidat prestar bon servei.
Pros:

Situació privilegiada amb vistes espectaculars a Sant Sebastià.
Piscina agradable i amb vistes, situada a la terrassa de l'Hotel.
Buffet lliure ben assortit i de qualitat.

Cons:

Servei de cafeteria tancat fins a les 11h del matí, obligant-te a contractar buffet lliure per esmorzar (la cafeteria més propera està a 10 minuts en cotxe).
Carta per sopar cara i sense possibilitat de fer un sopar lleuger ni alternatives a prop.
Assortit del bar de la terrassa de la piscina molt limitat. Hora de tancament a les 19.30h (just quan arribes de visitar la ciutat!).
Vistes regulars si et toca una planta baixa.
Cortesia de l'habitació molt senzilla (cafè i llet en pols). Comparativament veníem d'un hotel de 4 estrelles al centre de Bilbao amb cafetera de capsules.
Instal·lacions correctes però una mica antiquades.

Cons:

En el Restaurante, nos quedamos a comer, se negaron a poner patatas fritas con el pescado, solo para la carne (10€) y tampoco tenías una copa de vino para comer, solo botellas, en definitiva, NADA recomendable el restaurante.

O local é único, o melhor de San Sebastian. Realmente, espetacular. Vale a estadia.

Localização, vistas estonteantes do bar e do restaurante, quarto OK.

Cons:

Atendimento carente. Pouca gente para atender. Quando solicitados fomos atendidos, mas devido à falta de funcionários há lentidão. Os que lá trabalham, fazem milagres. Há menos funcionários do que um hotel deste nível requereria, e os funcionários de cada turno trabalham, literalmente, por dois.
