Terrible extremely poor management because no one followed up to see what was wrong in the room or cared about the guest

Specifically that we were not advised prior to being charged on our credit card that we were required to keep the AC in the room at 70° or below. this was not acceptable due to a health condition that my husband has the hotel has an issue with condensation that they are forcing on the guest to accommodate by keeping the AC at that ridiculously low temperature. This is completely unacceptable as they do not tell you that before you check in. There was a film of Water on every surface of the floor in the room because we had to keep our temp at 74 when we complained to Booking.com the response from the property was a complete lie. They said that they came and looked at the room, which they did not. They said they offered another room which they did not. They said that we refused to run the air conditioner, which was a lie. We just had to have it set at a different temperature. They said that they offered us a dehumidifier which was a lie. None of those things were offered none of those things were done.

Horrible. Grandkids are sick now. Sneezing and coughing.

The place needs to be shut down. The rooms are full of mold. Floors were peeling up. Moisture in the rooms, beds felt damp. Fire alarm loose from the ceiling. Staff were rude.

The property is very old needs to be updated. Very dirty has mold in the bottom rooms. I had to switch my room.

O que mais gostamos do hotel, foi do Senhor que nos recepcionou a noite, chegamos bem tarde, porque moramos longe, e estava lá um Senhor muito simpático, com toda a disposição para nos atender, conversou com meus filhos, nos atendeu com um profissionalismo sem igual que só o Estados Unidos tem 🙏🇺🇸💙❤️ em servir. Parabéns ao hotel por ter um Senhor com tanta disposição em atender aos hóspedes, nunca vamos esquecer dele, tão alegre em nos receber no hotel.

If you stay here, inspect your room upon arrival.
Pros:

The location was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was good.

Cons:

The room, especially the bathroom, was in complete disrepair. There have been obvious water leaks in the ceiling and walls of the bathroom, and they were literally splitting at the seams of the drywall. The smell of mold was bad, and we saw what appeared to be several spots of black mold. Water was very slowly seeping from either the wall or the toilet hookup. It was cleaned well, but no amount of cleaning would have solved these problems. Had we not already unloaded, unpacked, and been exhausted, we would have left.

Dirty feeling. Not kept up. Rusty metal and stained lamps. Poor unsightly interior. Uncomfortable bed.

Would not stay again, $10 for parking, you decide.

Had to pay $10 dollars for parking . Office lady said it was because of non stayers parking for the beach. Guest at hotel have to for violating, you stay, you pay!!!!

This awful place got mold in the roof and wall on the rooms, it took me 2 hours to clean my room, beds full of dog hair and dirty floors, need it to go to reception and get stuff to clean, all full of dust, with water in the floor because you can't put the ac over 68 degrees, people smoking weed around your kids, roaches running around and over you at night, just an awful nasty place, staf very helpful but there is nothing they can do about it
