One night lay over
Pros:

Stayed here one night on our way to our final destination. The motel was pet friendly, the area was not in peak season which helped us out. The room was fairly clean with all tile flooring. The motel is older and needs some major updating. I didn’t realize that the all entry doors for the room enters directly to the outside of the motel. I usually don’t stay at places like this, but it was pet friendly and off season. The motel staff was very polite and helpful on check in and check out. The breakfast wasn’t something that I was interested in since the coffee was “instant dispenser” type.

Don’t overlook this hidden gem
Pros:

The hotel is older but our room was nicely appointed for this level of hotel. Room smelled fresh and clean. Floor and bathroom were very clean. Check in/check out was quick and staff was friendly.

Pros:

Decent sized room. Bed was comfortable. Decent TV.

We are already planning another visit!
Pros:

Property was amazing! Clean, in a great location providing a scenic walk to the beach. Close to a grocery store and restaurants.

Cons:

The only two complaints I have regarding the property were we had our do not disturb tag on the door due to my husband’s insomnia and health issues. He’s a disabled veteran. Someone knocked on our door while I was out startled him out of a sleep and cause him a lot of anxiety for the rest of the day and he had a hard time getting back to sleep.

Additionally trucks from Maer construction parked their trucks outside of the rooms and just sat there running their engines at 3-4:30 in the morning making sleep difficult.

Breakfast was wonderful, staff accommodating and friendly, our room’s fridge quit working and in no time they had a new fridge hooked up in our room

I have stayed here with my family in prior years and searched again to reserve another stay we love
Pros:

Breakfast was plentiful. It was also cozy. Allowing us to interact with other guests. The pool was also found to be very relaxing and enjoyable. Staff was extremely helpful and always available. We even stayed an extra day! We love staying here and we will book again and again with you!

Cons:

I did not find anything about our stay to be unsatisfactory.

Pleasant stay on the quiet end of St. Augustine beach.
Pros:

We like being on the south side of the facility.
Inn is located away from the busier part of St. Augustine beach.
Glad they have a meat and egg option again for breakfast.

Cons:

A real coffee pot in the room would be nice.
