AC works, great breakfast, very kind staff

Great location. Budget friendly. Centrally located to all the major monuments. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of different foods. Front desk so helpful arranging for taxi rides. Would definitely stay here again.

Best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Location was perfect, walking distance to many historical sites. The staff was exceptional, very helpful with our transport arrangements and anything else we needed
The shower head was a little loose and leaking. We reported it and I'm sure it was resolved
Perhaps one of the loveliest most welcoming hotels I’ve ever stayed at on a city break. The room was perfect size for two people, the view was outstanding, the staff were so lovely especially the front desk who were excellent at helping you navigate or giving tips on places most tourists wouldn’t go to, it was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was excellent. They have free cold water for all guests which saves a lot of money. And the location superb - it’s a quick walk to almost anywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.
The location is in central Rome so it is ideal for those wanting to explore the city. The staff is exceptional and very helpful - we were helped by Elenora (sp?) and Uberto in the front desk and both of them were very helpful and kind.
The breakfast buffet was probably the best I've ever had, American hotels included.
The rooms are a bit dated but that is fine with us. The elevator isn't too big but that's no surprise - this is common throughout Italy.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel located in the center of everything. Very nicely appointed rooms and beautiful public areas. Breakfast was fantastic with amazing fresh pastries and a substantial buffet to suit everyone’s needs.
