Room.size was good. Had table.kitchenette large bathroom. Also had windows that could open
The whole place had a funly smell. I always travel with Febreze so sprayed room and furniture etc and opened windows and turned air conditioning on to try to alleviate smell from room. It was ok but hallway and especially checking area was bad. Did not stay for breakfast. Very close to highway so to continue our trip south it was a quick drive to highway
Everything
Closed in gate hotel
No food restaurant close by have to take Uber
Breakfast and location were fine.
Cleanliness of rooms is lacking significantly. Blood on bedsheet in first room, dog hair all over the couch arms in second room that we were moved to. People partying in the parking lot at 3 am. Felt like I was in a crackhouse most of the time. GM couldn't answer simple charge questions only answered with I don't know, very unprofessional. The property is lacking from simple upkeep.
We liked the setup of the suite. The front desk associate was very friendly and nice.
To get to our room we had to exit the lobby, go back outside to another door to get to an area that had an elevator to get to our room. The building had a heavy smell of pot. The room itself was run down and the couch need cleaned. The beds were uncomfortable. One of the bathrooms had damage to the door and door frame, like an animal had tried to chew it's way out. When we went to breakfast the next morning, the breakfast attendant was not friendly and had a bit of an attitude. She struggled to keep food out. The pancake maker didn't work either. We had to end up getting breakfast after we checked out of the hotel.
Convent and plenty of room
It had a smell and u could also smell weed in the building
Location was excellent
The hotel needs major upgrades. The stairs and floors are very unstable. You could literally hear individuals walking or running above us.
Everything
Nothing was wrong
Space, couch, close to elevator.
No shampoo and conditioner bottle in shower didn't work.
Good location and very roomy
Rude employee who fussed at me for taking some food up to my fiancé who had the flu to keep him from spreading it. He’s also a vet looking for a home and we have spent thousands at this hotel chain both here and in other states
