Cons:

Cleanliness and falsely advertised Wi-Fi service that they did not have. After we got checked in, we found that there was only one towel and one wash cloth. No Wi-Fi connection, the desk clerk did get us some extra towels but could not fix the Wi-Fi at 4 pm. I expressed that I needed Wi-Fi for my business that I manage 24/7. The clerk advised me that the internet could not be fixed until the next day. I asked for the clerk to please find us another property in their network close by or give us a refund. She advised me that she could not do that because I had pre-paid, and it was nonrefundable. I had no choice but to find another room that I could work from. I also called booking.com as requested by the clerk. They advised that I needed to stay until the internet could be fixed. My friend googled the reviews on the property and found that the Wi-Fi was a ongoing complaint for several months if not years. I cannot recommend this property!!

Awful. Would not recommend staying here
Pros:

There was no breakfast and there was fighting outside all night.

Cons:

I asked for clean sheets and the sheets provided were covered in orange stains. When I went to the front desk to ask for clean sheets the very rude receptionist brought me another heavily stained sheet and told me to put it on myself.

Absolutely terrible. I honestly deserve a refund.
Pros:

Nothing. It was awful.

Cons:

The manager made me wait 30 mins at the window without answering me because he was sprawled out on the floor praying. Finally got up and dealt with me and refused to give me a late checkout even though I stood there and waited 30 mins that I could've been sleeping to stand there and wait for him.

Also there were roaches everywhere and the bathroom was disgusting

The place was run down, nothing like the pictures.
There were people on the property that for sure were residents there was a lot of in and out, people arguing, doors slamming, and I was traveling with small children.
On top of it all the room was not clean. The sheets had stains and if it wasn't for us going to the beach we wouldn't have had towels. TV did not work the first night, complained to the front desk the gentleman behind the counter said he would fix the TV and bring towels, came back TV worked still no towels, 3 days 2 nights no towels. I'd never stay there again. TERRIBLE

Do not use booking.com and don’t believe the pictures it’s a scam
Pros:

Didn’t even end up staying it was so bad. I pulled it to check in and there were people out front in there car using hard drugs not just weed. The place was filthy and the other people walking around outside looked like this place had an hourly rate. I had just drove 10 hours to get there and it looked nothing like the photos on booking.com I called Booking.com so that I wouldn’t be charged as I had to find a new hotel last minute and was charged anyway and they wont do anything about it. So I had to pay for 2 hotels for my son and I.
