Having to leave

Now the rooms y’all need a lot of work our first room that we booked was 340. It had a leak in the ceiling and big cracks and the plaster were falling on the floor and we cleaned it up and stayed in it that night and then that morning we transfer it to 342. That room was a little bit better crack in the wall and a little crack in the corner of the room .Please work on getting your room up to paw And the sink was not draining the water stayed in the sink for hours and hours.

(This is what i Posted on google maps reviews 20hrs ago and still no response.) "If I could give it a 0 I would. We drove 6+hrs to visit virginia beach. We booked 3 nights from Friday June 6-9 2025. We arrived at 6pm and left by 11pm the 6th. After checking in at 6pm Friday June 6 2025, It started off small with staff saying they don't give anymore than 1 pillow per person, which is of course fine but I now see why. My family and I left for the beach, went to get food, to realize our card has been charged an additional $107 as well as the $380 it cost to book. Upon returning and getting the beds ready to sleep on, we discovered bedbug evidence, urine, ect. We requested a full refund, to be blamed for the DRIED bedbug feces and human blood, we had to FIGHT to get refunded for 2 of the 3 nights despite the fact we had been there less than 6hrs. The refund will take 24-48hr to be refunded, leaving us no choice but to drive 6+hrs back home, to then take preventive treatment steps for the bedbugs at home with what money we had saved for this trip."

We traveled 300 miles with high hopes of enjoying the start of the summer festivities, but our experience was incredibly disappointing. The problems began at check-in. After confirming we had no pets, we were assigned a room on the third floor, which we were told was a pet-free zone. However, upon reaching the floor, we were immediately hit with the strong odor of dog feces scattered throughout the hallway. A couple leaving their room even stopped to warn us about the mess.

We reported the issue to the front desk, and to our surprise, they informed us that surveillance cameras cover all floors. After reviewing the footage, they confirmed that the same couple who had warned us were actually the owners of the dog responsible for the mess.

Unfortunately, the condition of our room was no better. There was no shower curtain or bath towels, and the shower was filthy—covered in hair and dead spiders. The bed sheets appeared unwashed and had an unpleasant odor. When we opened the refrigerator to store our bottled waters, we found it wasn’t working. To make matters worse, there were dead black flies scattered around the room and a few live ones buzzing in the bathroom.

The place was dirty, the floors were sticky and slanted.

Dirty, poorly maintained facilities. Cigarette burns on the paper thin bedsheets. An annoying loud humming sound in the bathroom. No shampoo or conditioner provided, just two bars of soap.

Unfortunately we had to stay in a smoking room because our reservation was canceled, but I don’t think it was worth the price :( and also the bathroom smelled so much that you could smell it from the main room, plus the toilet was not flushing. I felt like the room was not 100% clean so I slept very uncomfortable thank God I had my own blankets. I know this motels are very affordable but I think everyone deserves to sleep in a clean environment, specially if you have kids.
