It would not be a bad place to stay if they did some repairs and kept it clean. No matter where you stay you wanna clean

The place needs a lot of repairs. It’s falling apart. The stairs are dirty with dog feces. It is unkept . I know it’s a lower price but still it’s not cheap weekend rates are ridiculous. Tenants are there with too many dogs in the room barking at night. The microwave is filthy.
