Close to the airport, beds were comfortable. Rooms were actually cleaner than the rest of the building.
Building is run down, elevators didn't work, power kept going out. No secure parking, dirty bedding piled in the hallways, no coffee in the morning before our flight. Couldn't get ahold of the hotel to get the shuttle back from the airport.
good location
the room was not clean good the tub was filthy the room smelled of animal i told management the guy ignored me
The hotel was very old and in poor condition. The rooms were extremely dirty and not well maintained. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend staying here.
Nothing.
Mouse droppings in the dresser drawers, leaking toilet causing standing water on floor in bathroom, tv didn't work. 2nd room the curtains were broken. 3rd room was occupied and had a naked man in it. 4 room was was at least clean, but woke up with mouse droppings on the floor. Staff moved my room and didnt even note it, so morning people didnt know I was there.
If I had TV access
Nothing
Everything. I’m usually not picky and have had great luck with quality inn hotels in the past. This one was so disappointing. It was dirty, dingy and just very unkept. It needs a make over to make it presentable. I would be ashamed as an owner of this establishment.
My experience started off pretty nice. My family and I stayed here one night due to our flight being cancelled. So Delta hooked us up with a free hotel so we were pretty happy with that.
First, we waited for the shuttle for about 30-40 minutes. Then we figured out that the shuttle says “valet connections” and doesn’t even have the hotel name on the shuttle.
As soon as we pulled into the hotel parking lot there were people physically fighting in the parking lot. When we checked in, 3 police officers came in and arrested 2 people. The lobby was dirty with crumbs and dead bugs.
Our hotel room was disgusting. The beds had stains and crumbs on them. We didn’t even step near the shower because it had mold all around it. The bathroom door didn’t even lock and looked like the door frame looked as if it had been kicked down and the door was just replaced. The place smelled like pee and faint weed. The hallways looked like they’d been scratched up by rabid dogs.
At the very least, we were excited for the breakfast they offer. Turns out their breakfast was bagels and muffins that looked like the liners were tampered with.
It was just one night, but we were ready to get the hell out of there. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and we will absolutely not be going back.
Location
The coffee is the worse stuff I've ever tasted, don't taste like it's even coffee , it taste like they clean out the butt can out in front and use it instead of coffee ! NASTY. AND NOT ONLY DO THE CHARGE A LARGE DEPOSIT BUT TACK ANOTHER 4-5 DOLLARS ON TOP OF THE CASH DEPOSIT , I haven't had any hotel do that , it can't be tax they charge that on the hotel fee , so are they illegally adding on a tip for themselves for each customer, that adds up , I asked what the extra fee was added on the deposit they just mumble its some fee , that is bullshit all those fees are added into the hotel total !
the front desk staff are extremely rude! they told me they were privatly owned and if i wasn't happy with there service i can go somewhere else. trust me, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK .
Location worked well since it was close to the airport and freeways.
My non-smoking room smelled like smoke so I had to get air freshener from housekeeping.Crumbs and dust was on the corner of the floors.Hall carpeting was filthy.Bad bed pillows.
I left before breakfast was served, but the young man who was working at 3:00am on February 23 was so very helpful with the shuttle and pleasant. You need more associates like him at the front desk.
I have no complaints.
Close to airport and parking
Good price
Very bad Ruud people no heating no policy booking should not work with this hotel
Everything was out of standard
It was close to the airport. Had shuttle to pick us up and take us back in the morning. Comfortable beds. Convenient location. The 2 gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful and nice.
