Stay away!
Pros:

Goodnight! This was the scariest place I have been in my life! DO NOT stay here.
Filthy, blood on the floor in lobby. Several young men lounging at midnight.
Got to our room. Door has been kicked in. Looking in...the lights didn't work, the window was open, and clearly someone had been sleeping on the bed.
I have never ran so fast! Accosted by several people at the entrance trying to scam until a ride came. Never come here. Front desk acted offended that we weren't happy with the accommodations.
The parking lot was full of cars parked in the driveway, just reclining, waiting for??? Well we all know. Stay away!

Air conditioning didn't work in room.DIDNT provide another room. Basically said unit was colder than most of the rooms. Outside temp 95 inside room temp 89. WTH? I checked out 4 hours after checking in!

NATASHA is the BEST!
Pros:

I am leaving them five stars due to the ONE PERSON in Detroit who was helpful and pleasant to me. Delta Airlines failed and left me stranded in Detroit and I needed a place to stay. NATASHA at the reception desk went far out of her way to help me. I don't care what the other reviews say about the facility. NATASHA earned them FIVE STARS from me that night!

Unacceptable.
Pros:

Honestly nothing.

Cons:

The whole hotel is dirty including the rooms. The building itself has a strange smell. The breakfast was beyond stale and didn’t really come with many options. The staff attitudes are poor. I don’t understand why they even charge as much as they do.
