Bad customer service, dirty hotel, no intention to fix

Cons:

I booked a room and checked in at 10pm, and immediately showered only to find that door cannot close. Really difficult to shower because door cannot close fully and it kept on swaying back and forth (due to fan vents) and splashing everywhere. After showering I went to reception and complained but she was a part time and couldn't help much so she went back and asked a guy to check but the guy didn't even bother talking and said "it was always like that, cannot do anything about it". So i asked if can change rooms, she called a guest who booked but couldn't make it and i had to repack my stuffs, and changed rooms at around 12am. The room was smaller, tighter and guess what? The bathroom door also couldn't be closed.... Plus black molds everywhere. Very awful experience.

location is very good. Places to eat close by.

Cons:

Keadaan semasa didalam hotel aircon ada bunyi bising sikit. Tuala mandi ada bau macam jemur tak cukup kering.

Hotel dekat dengan tempat yang nak dituju. Easy access utk ke kedai & tempat makan

Cons:

Pintu bilik hotel kami (217) xboleh lock dari dalam or luar sebab ade gap antara pintu & selak dinding. so kami tido dalam keadaan kerisauan kalau ade orang orang dari luar. terpakse selit selipar anak untuk hadang dari dalam
