Pros:

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Everyone we encountered was so nice. The front desk staff always spoke, asked how our day was and if we needed anything, the ladies working the breakfast area were super friendly. Highly recommend! The location was perfect for us as we were in the area to visit Oaklawn.

Great Hotel & Rooms, Bad Breakfast.
Pros:

We loved how clean the room was, space & how there were 2 tvs for kids to watch & parents to watch. Housekeeping did an amazing job, props to them.

Cons:

What really brought everything down was the fact that the pool was not open & breakfast was bad. Half of hotel stays are exclusively families; an open pool & proper breakfast is only suitable. A normal breakfast with scrambled eggs regular sausage patties & bacon would've been great for the kids but they didn't eat because they didn't like omelets and didn't like sausage links that were put out. For a price that steep one night one would expect to get a better breakfast, pool wasnt open, also a big one. Parents look for their children to have a great time and this was another big one for us.

Husband's birthday weekend
Pros:

I loved how friendly the front desk women were! The room was large and comfortable! The breakfast smells good, but I haven't ate yet, so I can't comment on the taste.

Cons:

I didn't mind, but my husband kept adjusting the AC because he said it kept turning off and he got too hot throughout the night. I slept great and didn't even feel him get up.
