Very nice, clean, secure, well located.
Pros:

Located well, secure and tidy

Cons:

I had requested gluten-free bread at breakfast and there was none as promised. Also, I could use a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, and there was none.

Great stay on a budget
Pros:

We had a medical emergency during our stay ant the staff was amazing throughout the entire trip. We felt completely safe and comfortable and we had teenagers with us. I will recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hot Springs and want to stay on a budget! Candy and Peggy are exceptional people and will make you feel right at home.

It was just okay.
Pros:

The location was okay if you didn’t want to stay close to downtown.

Cons:

I thought it was a little expensive. You could tell they took an old facility and tried to modernize it, but it was just okay. Nothing exceptional

Great experience
Pros:

We stopped here for an overnight pit stop, and everything was wonderful. The staff was incredible from the manager to Peggy in the kitchen. The pool was nice for our family. The rooms were clean and the included breakfast was a perfect start to the day.
