Excellent location and caring staff.
Pros:

I chose this hotel because it was located within walking distance from the transit center, intercity bus stop, and Gainsbridge Fieldhouse. The member of staff checking me in was more than polite and the complimentary water bottles were more than helpful, as there aren't many convenience stores or pharmacies nearby. There are more than enough restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Cons:

The only thing I could think about is the front door. As I was entering the hotel for the first time, I was not really clear that you had to use your key card to open the door. I was lucky that there was a person there. It wasn't that obvious what I had to do and I have never really seen a hotel locked all day long before. However, once you get past that, everything else was smooth.
