Close to the area we needed to be and our room was very nice. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was nice with lots of options.

I booked a room with a king bed and pretty sure the bed in 522 is not a king bed.
The staff here at the Hampton Inn in Indianapolis was amazing! My girlfriends (fiancé now) birthday is on February 13th and I wanted to propose to her but we live 3 hours away so I needed assistance in setting the room up. Karina, Dezi, and Angie went above and beyond to make this special. All I did was give them the idea and order the proposal kit. They had the tea light candles all over the room with rose petals just perfect! They even proposed " Marry Me?" on the bed. This was by far the best hotel stay that I've ever experienced. They also did this on short notice! My room was even better than what I expected. This was truly special and you guys made it amazing. We were there for a comedy show but they ended up being the stars! I also want to mention Damian, and Oliver for being so kind to us and accommodating! Also everyone that worked Valet! Thank you all and she said YES!
The Hampton Inn was fine. Great location to the Gainbridge Field House. The valet parking was horrible on the day of check out. When we requested our car on the app we were #32 in line. It took 49 minutes to get our car. They should warn you when you check in that you need to request your car an hour before you want to leave.

We had a few interruptions the morning of our check out day. Staff knocking on wrong doors waking up several hours before check out.
We were also given a handicap accessible room and we were unaware. Bed was super low and somewhat hard to get into.

Angie was absolutely wonderful to work with during a very stressful situation. Due to severe weather, our trip had to be canceled, and she handled everything with such efficiency, kindness, and professionalism. She made the entire cancellation process smooth and stress‑free, clearly explaining options and taking care of everything promptly.
Angie was friendly, patient, and genuinely caring, which made a huge difference during an already disappointing circumstance. Her responsiveness and attention to detail were exceptional, and she truly went above and beyond to help us.
Customer service like this is rare ~ Angie is a true asset, and I am so grateful for her help. Highly recommend!
