The housekeeping crew was very very rude. One elevator was working for a fully booked 9 story hotel so everyone was taking 7 flights of stairs constantly.
The property is very clean and a really meat old building. The fact that no one can get on the hotel floors without a hotel key is amazing. ALL of the staff are very kind and helpful. The valet parking is such a nice feature. Those guys work hard so you don’t have to wait very long.

We used your mobile app valet service and had to go find VERNON after sitting a long time at the valet area in the street. Other vehicles were also waiting for VERNON. We then had immediate concerns about his "condition" and continued to worry during our event at Gainbridge over the next few hours. Would we get our car back?? Would it be drivable?? The concerns were legitimate since your next-shift employee, WILL, could not find the car and was dealing with other customers who were also complaining about VERNON and their earlier experiences. VERNON is a problem if you wish to operate a dependable valet service.
