Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Fantastic location to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Elevators were a little slow but not enough to overshadow the positives of the facility.

Close to the venue. Positive experience with staff.

Cons:

There was quite a bit of street noise on the backside of the building, which made it difficult to rest well. We’ve stayed in the downtown area before so we are used to general street noise, this was more than that. The noise seemed to “funnel” into the back alleyway.

Comfortable and convenient to downtown
Pros:

The room and beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The tub was backed up. When reported, it was quickly fixed. The bathroom was also left without bodywash. This too was quickly corrected. However, there were rusty marks in the tub and sink that could have or should have been cleaned.
