Shitty hotel don’t use booking.com
Pros:

Nothing. Went to check in and they had to send us to a different hotel because of maintenance issues. Had to check out of that hotel the next day and back into the Hampton. Was put in a room that smelled musty. Was told we’d get a night refunded and that we’d have to go through booking.com to get it. It’s been a month still haven’t been reimbursed.

Room smelled musty this time, and I didn't like the pillows. Breakfast was so-so. We were more satisfied a previous visit.

We would stay again when we come to watch the Fever!
Pros:

Loved the location and great breakfast. Staff was very nice and we felt safe there. Very close to Gainbridge, good restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

Our bathroom could have been cleaner when we arrived and many of the carpets throughout the hotel were stained. They should be cleaned or replaced because it makes the property seem less nice than it really was.

It was comfortable and clean in the room. But didn’t like the parking situation, nor lack of restaurant.

Very clean. Not far from focus of visit. Good breakfast. Responsive valet staff.

Cons:

Valet waiting space too close to street traffic. I never received my valet contact link. No lounge/cocktails/ food downstairs.

The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

It was a little warm in our room. We were on the 9th floor. Our air conditioning couldn't keep up. It wasn't horrible, just warmer than we wanted. We turned it down, but it never went lower than 73 and was up to 75. We like it around 70. Overall great stay, just a little warm. I understand. It was very warm outside.
