Sehr saubere Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal! Lage super! Spa Bereich war ebenfalls sehr angenehm und sauber. Viele Handtücher zum Wechseln. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt und dem kostenlosen Late-Checkout.

Pahalı bir otel ama olanakları çok iyi, fiyatını hak ediyor 👍
Pros:

Odaların büyüklüğü, temizliği, odanın içinde her türlü ek malzemenin olması (bornoz, terlik, ütü, ütü masası,..) rahat uyumanıza yardımcı lavanta yağı bile düşünülmüş. Tesisin içindeki olanaklar, küçük bir market bile vardı.

Cons:

Kahvaltıda taze omlet yapılması çok güzeldi ama ürünlerin ne olduğu çok anlaşılmıyor açıklayıcı konulsa daha iyi olur. Reçel ve meyve çeşitliliği azdı ve meyveler çok büyük doğranmıştı, yoğurt salatasına koyup yemek imkansız.

Great hotel with great location!
Pros:

Very clean hotel with a great central location. Staff is friendly.

The room was spacious, clean and nice. So was the rest of the hotel. Easy check-in and easy check-out.

Got my room almost two hours before official check-in time. It was much appreciated.

Breakfast was great.

The pool area I would call a playground. It’s not a place where you go swimming lanes even though it was possible. It was way too chaotic. It would have been appreciated if there had been someone responsible in the pool area who could control people's behavior there. And not least, make sure that people using the pool had taken a bath BEFORE jumping in! No keys for the lockers (they had disappeared) but was assured that there had been no stealing before. I would have preferred that the lockers could be locked.

The gym was perfect!

Stayed on the 5th floor facing the street. If there should be a next time I would ask for a room facing the other side. One can only wonder why a hotel renovated in 2022 hasn’t got soundproof windows towards the street. Could easily hear the cars passing by etc.

It’s possible to take the train directly from the airport (FRA) to Konstablerwache station with line S9. The hotel is located 200 meters from the station.

Une fois c'est suffisant.
Cons:

Grande suite hélas assez bruyante, ce qui est très désolant quand on a spécifiquement demandé une chambre calme. Sauf une personne, la volonté d'aider et de s'impliquer de la réception est assez limitée.

Modernes und qualitativ gutes Hotel an sehr guter Lage.
Pros:

Sehr einladend und offen - von der Hotel-Lobby bis zum Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist grosszügig und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr gut!

Cons:

Das Bad war im Verhältnis zum Hotelzimmer winzig. Der Service in der Tapas Lounge war leider enttäuschend, da das Personal kaum aufmerksam war und wir lange auf jede Reaktion warten mussten. Der Cocktail war leider auch nichts Besonderes...
