Fint hotell som ligger ypperlig til. Mange butikker og restauranter i nærheten. Egen parkering i parkeringshus tilknytte

Rent og pent. Meget bra beliggenhet. Store fine rom med meget fint bad.

Cons:

Litt dårlig utvalg på frokost. Trenger flere varm retter, bedre utvalg av brød og pålegg. Savnet melk til drikke.

Schöne relativ neue Zimmer

Cons:

Das Personal wusste nicht mal, dass wir zwei Zimmer gebucht hatten und hatte dann zunächst auch nur eins. Die Dame war extrem gestresst und schlecht gelaunt und hat es uns spüren lassen. Wenn gleich sie sich später entschuldigt hat geht das nicht und ist unprofessionell. Tiefgarage hat viel zu wenige Parkplätze und ist sehr eng. Der eine Fahrstuhl war defekt und es hat im Foyer sehr schlecht gerochen.

Unser Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt und wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind schön und gepflegt und die Lage ist ideal.

Besonders begeistert hat uns das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war außergewöhnlich groß und alles war frisch. Ein echtes Highlight waren die selbst zubereiteten Getränke, die das Frühstück zu etwas Besonderem gemacht haben.

Auch der schöne Pool war ein großer Pluspunkt und eine tolle Möglichkeit, nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag zu entspannen.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Ein negativer Punkt war allerdings der Parkplatz. Für zwei Tage mussten wir 78 € bezahlen, da es sich offenbar um einen öffentlichen Parkplatz handelt. Das fanden wir für Hotelgäste ziemlich teuer.

Es wäre schön, wenn das Hotel seinen Gästen hier entgegenkommen würde, zum Beispiel durch eine Kostenbeteiligung oder einen Rabatt auf die Parkgebühren. Das wäre ein toller Service und würde den Aufenthalt insgesamt noch angenehmer machen.
