We spent 3 weeks in Europe at multiple lovely hotels, this was our last stop and it was terrible

Reconsider your stay here!

Cons:

TV did not work (maintenance was called) key pad on safe was broken, outlet came out of the wall when used. bathroom outlet didn't work at all. Restaurant menu was the room service menu because the kitchen was having issues. In the restaurant a mouse made his appearance so many times we videotaped him.

Good hotel , nice staff good room , pool area good and an enjoyable breakfast.
Pros:

We liked the hotel was clean spacious good breakfast and nice pool area close to station.

Cons:

We went to have food in the tapas bar bit when we got there they said it would not be open so only food from the room service menu was available. The food and wine we did order was not so good.

Lovely location with a wonderful team!
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, centrally located, but most importantly had an outstanding staff. Every person that we came in contact with was kind, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. My son accidentally left his kindle in the room upon our check out. The staff was fantastic in communicating with us and ensuring that we received his device at our next stop in Amsterdam. The rooms were easily large enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 4 (2 adults and children ages 9 & 11). We also loved the quick access to the metro and ability to stroll along the shopping mall directly outside of the hotel. We would love to visit this location during our future visits!
