Convinient, comfortable, great pool and sauna ensure they don’t double charge before leaving
Pros:

The property was placed in an excellent position near the malls of Frankfurt. It made walking everywhere else or catching a train from the hotel convenient. The breakfast was also delicious a bit pricey but the quality made it up for it.

Cons:

The only complain I have is I got double charges. I had booked my stay through booking.com and was confirmed in person by the receptionist. When I checked out the hotel, the charged me for breakfast and a night stay. I checked my banking account and there was an additional $463.01 on my account. I had called them to fix the issue but it appears their system is down. So my total stay for two people was $817.83. I hope they can fix the mix up soon.

Good location, professional and polite staff.
Pros:

Good location, polite and helpful staff. Mr. Max in front desk was very professional and supportive. Mr. Paulo Santos as Chef Concierge who assisted me with care and professionally.

Cons:

The shower water was flowting into the room and on the carpet due to the negative slope of the floor!

Comfort and location
Pros:

This was in a great location. Walking distance to the zoo and the old town. Plus shopping centres were 100m away . Staff were lovely. Rooms were spacious. The pool and gym were lovely
