Ça vaut pas le Kennedy
Pros:

Le personnel et le confort

Cons:

At best a 3-star hotel.
Pros:

Good underground parking on site. Ample breakfast but nothing spectacular. Decently cleaned room. Sagging mattress, uncomfortable pillows, television and in-room safe had problems but were promptly corrected when brought to reception's attention.

Cons:

Concierge/front desk staff. This is our 2nd time to stay in this hotel and we have the same impression about the hotel's front desk personnel. They speak like robots reading from an uninspired script, cold, impersonal, even dismissive. They obviously did not undergo proper CRM training or were just so jaded they didn't even want to pretend to like their jobs. They are the weakest links in your service organization. Clearly no place up front attending to customers from various countries.
