Very little sleep. No bathroom facilities working. Clogged and over flowing sink. Disgusting
Pros:

No breakfast, front desk kind but couldn't fix problems

Cons:

Horrible accommodations. Brown sludge overflowing in sink all over the carpet. No one available to fix the problem

Adequate stay for reasonable price in great location.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Most of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are a few who need coaching on how to interact with guests. The mini store is convenient. I stay here because the good slightly beats out the bad.

Cons:

The power went out and there was no backup generator. After hours of a power outage around midnight, the top-floor room got very hot. I could not sleep. The staff (gentlemen) at the front desk were not sympathetic in the least.

There was no breakfast. There's an option to buy a "Starbucks" coffee which is just Starbucks beans in an off-brand machine at the cost of real Starbucks. The tiny muffin was $5, the most expensive small muffin I've seen.

The carpet in the rooms is dirty. Turns your bare feet black.

Compared to newer hotels, this is below par in terms of room cleanliness, breakfast, features, etc., but it's certainly not the bottom of the class.

It was a great find for our short little girls trip. Will defiantly stay here again.
Pros:

Loved the location! It was so great having coffee, food, shopping all close and a short 10 min drive to the stadium where our concert was. We felt super safe as well.

Cons:

We really didn’t have any dislikes, except maybe larger TVs but I mean really that’s not a big deal at all.

Pros:

Location was exceptional, not too far from highways and interstate. Downtown area not far from hotel. The cleanliness of the whole facility was perfect, rooms were very comfortable to our expectations and some. Front desk personnel was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended and will definitely be back again. Thank you Sonesta for the great stay

Cons:

A/C unit in room was blowing out warm air and couldn't get the room to cool down. But then you to the maintenance and personnel there..was worked on promptly and was fixed. No other issue but an easy fix. Thanks again

Pros:

The rooms were quit to rest.

Cons:

The staff was rude when we signed in, and there was no breakfast in the morning we had to pay for breakfast.

Pros:

Loved that it's in walking distance from so many places. I had driven a long time and didn't really want to drive anywhere else, there's a grocery store and plenty of restaurants in the same parking lot. Also the front desk person was ready and available when we checked in and out.

Cons:

the creamer and sugar in the rooms never feel like they're enough. I prefer the liquid ones in the little cups...but that's most hotels nowadays, so nothing to take away from the score, just a general comment.

Very disability friendly accommodation
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and kind. We have stayed at this location several times in the past few years and always had a good experience.

Cons:

The last night of our stay, the air conditioning never got the temp below 78 °F. I just thought it was because it was unusually hot and humid after a bad monsoon storm the day before. As we were getting ready to leave, we noticed the air coming from open doors of neighbouring rooms were very cool. Oops. We should have notified reception.

Great stay. Just what I needed for this business trip. Super quiet room, great location.
Pros:

I checked in with the front desk, went to my room. Stayed in room the entire time, leaving only for meetings. Never went back to lobby until check-out.
