A very comfortable and quiet hotel that is surrounded by busineses

An overall positive experience, but the hallway could use a freshening up and a little bit more light.
Pros:

Having just spent $240 for one night the day before in Flagstaff for a room that was subpar, it was a relief to have a decent price for this property.

Cons:

The hallway smell smelled a bit, and it was a bit dark as well.

Nice place, don’t get the “balcony room”
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, quiet.

Cons:

I payed extra for a room upgrade offer of a balcony. The “balcony” was a cement slab the width of a small lawn chair that only fit sideways. If you sit in the chair you have to face the other chair and your view is of the cement wall that is right next to your face. This should not be called an upgrade or even called a balcony.
