Inn at Union Square

Excellent location near Union Square. The room was clean, comfortable, and charming, making it a great choice for a short stay in San Francisco. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and Antonio at the front desk especially stood out. He was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. His excellent hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. 飯店建築不算很大，但是房間內的空間可不小，甚至比想像中的還要大多了，這在市區實屬難得。有客廳、獨立衛浴、雙人床。房間內整理的非常整齊、乾淨。
早餐的部份還可以，品項不多略為單調，但該有的東西基本上有，如果只是吃一兩天不會太膩。

We had a very pleasant stay in very central San Francisco. The room was well equipped and cleaned. When we came we were greeted by Antonio, who helped us check in. He kindly offered us a room on higher floor, which would be less noisy in the morning so we could sleep in.

A very nice little hotel with personal touches throughout. Housekeeping comes everyday to refresh the room without needing prompting which is becoming a rare thing in 4* hotels. The continental breakfast was modest but satisfying with pastries, bagels, fruits and yogurt available. All in all, highly recommended

We’ve stayed numerous times and have always appreciated the service of the staff, especially Antonio at the front desk. The rooms have always been spacious and comfortable. The rooms are laid out well, wifi and tv reception are satisfactory, bathrooms have adequate water flow and pressure, very clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The maid service is exceptional. The breakfast room is well stocked. The parking is convenient and reasonably priced.

Perfect spot at a reasonable price! It's an older building, but the noise level is very good, could barely hear anything neighboring. The decor is really lovely and fitting for the time. Esly front desk was super accommodating and the sweetest! The rooms were clean upon entering. Very comfortable bedding and a cozy room. Amenities were simple and efficient.

I just arrived in San Francisco, and staying at Inn at Union Square has already made my trip feel special. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with genuine kindness and warmth.

A special thank you to Antonio, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He took the time to answer my questions, made me feel welcome, and gave me a great first impression of both the hotel and the city. His outstanding customer service truly stood out.

The hotel is charming, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring San Francisco. I’m excited to continue my stay, and based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend Inn at Union Square to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about their guests.

If you booked trough Expedia you will pay twice.
The location is good, the room is good and clean.
Hotel ask for $25 day fee for some pastries and bagels they called breakfast (offered on Expedia as part of the price), purified HOT water and ice.
Nobody wants to listen to your concerns or complains.
