If you are a discerning traveler, looking for a clean, comfortable stay do not stay at this hotel
Pros:

The rooms and common areas are very worn. The bed was creaky’ And smelly! I discovered the next morning that the mattress had deep urine stains and the mattress pad was dirty and smelly.

The repairs to the bathroom tile were botched and or toilet was cracked,

Management was not at all receptive to any concerns, and behaved as if they were doing the guests a favor by allowing them to stay there.

This property most certainly does not meet the Sheraton or Marriott standard. This property is not as advertised. It really needs a good overhaul before it is open to the public.

I would not stay here again under these conditions, and I most certainly would not recommend it to discerning travelers.
