very welcoming very clean & neat. i’d definitely come back to stay here when i am traveling to atlanta again.
Pros:

i pretty much liked everything, no complaints! the room and facility itself was very clean, smelled pretty good! the staff were very nice and friendly, very very helpful.

The staff is always pleasant. The rooms are basic but comfortable.

Cons:

The property could use some updates. The phone doesn’t work in several rooms I’ve stayed in. The doors slam shut and that is pretty annoying when trying to rest peacefully. The guests would absolutely benefit greatly by adding microwaves to the standard items included in the rooms. It’s odd as most hotels in this category have them as an added standard convenience.

Sofi and KJ at the front desk are absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, Sofi greeted me with a warm smile and a helpful attitude that made me feel truly welcome. Sofi and KJ both went above and beyond to assist me during my stay, always making sure I had everything I needed and answering any questions with patience and care.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, which made the entire experience even better. It's clear the team here takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction.

Thank you, Sofi and KJ, for your outstanding service. You both made my stay so much more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!

A nice stay.
Pros:

It was a nice location with good rooms and the hearing loop worked well.

Cons:

The club lounge was not available not mentioned at check in or my pre call. Other half found and and then when queried no answer. It is now reopen as of the 14th.

Pros:

There's a BIG difference spending a few more bucks to get a clean hotel, comfortable room, real working Ice Machines, Starbucks coffee, a cocktail bar with food and plenty of free parking. GREAT location for business and pleasure!
