One of the worst stays I had - especially for a 4star hotel
Pros:

The free parking. That it was close to the Airport.

Cons:

Booking told me its a 4star hotel. The lobby looks ok and they had a bar and a restaurant included - which i believed should be ok. At the end, the restaurant was terrible. They served frozen food just deep fried, when the waiter asked me if I liked it and i said no, he just walked away without asking for feedback. I had a bathtub shower - which is in my opinion not ok for 4stars and the bathtub was maybe clean but looked old and not nice (looked dirty). The laundry room was disgusting. There was no big main light in the room, so I had to turn on 5 different lights to see something in the room at night. The mattress was super old and really uncomfortable. It was super loud - always! I would never book this hotel again - 2stars max

Excellent location - walked off the plane, crossed the street into the hotel. Great elevators, clean room and facilities in general.

Staff is always amazing (even with the sometimes rude guests I have never seen them lose their cool!). Location is excellent for travel out of/into SEA, we just walk. Food on site is super convenient, even the grab and go has fresh salads sometimes. Late night this can be a lifesaver.

Cons:

Our room this time was next to the elevator and it was super noisy.

Pretty good overall
Pros:

I’ve stayed here many times over the years and enjoy the hospitality and location and cleanliness. Most of the employees are super helpful and kind. There was a problem with one employee who was unwilling to print me a receipt after my stay. She claimed it would be sent via email; which unfortunately never happened because they had the incorrect email and caused me extra effort to track down the receipt. I have a suggestion :why not print out the receipt and hand to the customer as they are leaving; like every other hotel on the planet does.🤣

Great place to stay while travelling
Pros:

Conveniently located close to the airport, this hotel is a very comfortable play to stay after a travel day. Comfy rooms, great mattresses and a good restaurant on the main floor make it a pleasant stay. The staff were super pleasant.

Pros:

Location! I used the shuttle but you can walk to the airport. The room had plenty of light and looked
like it was completely remodeled. The bar area served food if you didn’t want to sit in the restaurant. All in all a nice stay.

Prices are up, only my concern no complimentary breakfast no show room freely to the venues. So far that would be it.
Pros:

They are smily faces ( front desk)but there’s one receptionist that face was (front desk) problematic but understandably with me completely. Such a beautiful place and we want every two months to use it. Could you give us a discount that’s 6x annually.
