Our perfect hotel when needing a room by SEA.
Pros:

It was a short safe walk from SEA to the Radisson. Our room was spotless with a super comfy bed and extremely quiet. The bathroom was meticulous and the furniture appeared very new. I loved the luxury vinyl flooring for it’s cleanliness as well.

Great location for airport arrivals! Great Staff
Pros:

I am a travel agent escorting a group on an Alaskan Cruise/Land tour. We stayed at the Radisson for one night before our cruise departure.

The staff before our arrival went above and beyond to make our arrival seamless. Two employees in particular- Michael and Oksana.

The rooms were very clean and staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable

Excellent spot
Pros:

Nice place to rest and relax before our flight. We had apps and drinks at the lobby bar and our bartender was excellent and made the night so enjoyable.

would stay here again
Pros:

Clean, spacious, overal very nice. Staff was helpful. We used the pool. Also used the shuttle which runs all hours. Super close to the airport. You could actually walk from baggage claim to the hotel with no problem. We walked to dinner, also.

Don't pay extra for the "lake view" room - it's just a pond with trailers parked behind it.

Great location for airport access, quiet comfortable room, decent coffee, nothing memorable.
Pros:

The location was ideal. The room was fine, it wasn't noisy. The bed was comfortable, and everything worked. Everything was adequate, nothing memorable. They had a fresh water bottle filler in the lobby which was great and the restaurant was open long hours.

Cons:

The towels were pretty skimpy. The room wasn't dirty but it didn't seem very fresh either.

Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Reliable shuttle service early in the morning to return to the airport. Excellent friendly driver.

Cons:

We checked in around noon. The lady at the desk said that our room was ready but there would be a $25 charge if we wanted to get in before 3:00. I accepted but thought it was outrageous. Especially since we were leaving at 5 am the next morning. We travel all around the world and never had a hotel charge us extra when the room is ready. We have paid extra for late check out and we have paid extra ahead of time to make sure we have a room ready as they have to rush the cleaning. But we never paid on arrival when the room is ready. In addition, the lady at the desk said there is no designated smoking area when we ask. After walking to the back of the hotel ourselves, we found a designated smoking area. There was also no staff at the restaurant/bar available in the afternoon.

The walls are paper thin. We heard everything in the rooms next to us. The toilet paper was the thinnest we ever seen and the bath tub/shower set up is very strange so you have to be careful not to flood the bathroom floor. Although the bed is comfortable and the room looks new, the front desk staff and the amenities do not justify $300/night hotel.

We've tried several hotels in SeaTac at close proximity to the airport. This was our first time trying the Radisson and it will be our last time for sure. There are much better values around. When we pay this much, we expect more.
