Literally steps from the airport. Food at the restaurant was good. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Airport shuttle took forever. Food prices were very high, $6 for 2 pieces of bacon! Lock on our room door didn't always latch appropriately.

Not up to expectations for a Hyatt. Biggest draw: closest hotel to the airport

The upgrades throughout the hotel are fantastic. Love the athletics and functionality.
Cons:

The room is awesome. However, I really feel that you might inadvertently be creating a dangerous environment. The tub/shower needs a grab bar for safety. The tub is semi-slick with no interior shower mat available. Also the placement of the soaps in the shower allows excess to run off into the tub and run from back to front in the tub adding to the slip potential. I really feel that these are serious safety issues worth addressing. I’m not disabled or frail, just concerned about falls.

Pros:

The property was fine, clean but the bed was old and very close to the ground…I loved the location, right next to 13 coins!!!!

Cons:

The bed was old and uncomfortable, the night shuttle driver was a lazy jerk. He stopped in the middle of the road at the airport and expected us to drag our luggage to him, till I waved him over. He wouldn’t open the back of van for luggage so we (a 80 yoa and 70yoa) had to drag 4 bags and 2 hand carryons up the stairs of the van. We drug it all off apon arrival, another passenger helped us!!! He then pulled the clerk aside while I was waiting to check in and proceeded to complain about traffic situations and police to him while I stood there for several mins….
