If i ever come to Naperville, i will prefer to stay.
Pros:

Entrance and the sitting corners have been designed so well. I really liked them. Hallways and the facility were wide enough and so clean and look so well.

Cons:

The sofa’s mattress could have been thicker so that I could not feel the metal bed frame.

The room and bed was comfortable but the noise made it uncomfortable.
Pros:

Location was fine

Cons:

Noise. Other guests in the hallway outside of the room were very loud. A large gap in the door frame allowed sound to transfer into the room. Not good when we had to be awake at 4:30 am.

Decent but our room was not clean.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Cleanliness was scored very high on Booking but our room was not clean. Bathroom and sink area was terrible. Toothpaste stuck on the wall by the sink. Hair and dirt around the counter edge by the sink. Spots and other debris on the walls that wiped right off.

Not a bad stay
Pros:

It is a Holiday Inn Express so you know what to expect.

The rooms are clean with plenty of natural light and strong black out curtains. But the room would benefit from a newer coat of paint

The shower, tub and toilet were separate from the sink area. Which is always appreciated. But the toilet paper holder was detached from the wall.

There is a refrigerator, microwave and prep area. Either bring your own or buy dishes to use.
