Clean and convenient location
Pros:

Location is good because it was close to my doctor appointments. The breakfast is a good variety, tasty, but the hot food wasn't warm. The place is pretty clean and the room is spacious.

Cons:

The front desk weren't very friendly. Also, we requested a few hand towels and they were never brought to us over an hour later. But, when we arrived back to our room later in the day, a full assortment of towels was left at our door. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working.

over all If the air conditioner was working I would have given it a 10/10
Pros:

I like that you have to use your key card for the elevator

Cons:

the 4th floor felt humid and musty and the air conditioner did not work so the rug and bedding felt damp

I have no complaints, which is rare.

Overall it was okay
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the pool was nice.

Cons:

The shower drain drained so slow. If you didn’t shower quick the water will fill. We didn’t have any complementary hand soap bar or extra toilet paper there was just the half used toilet paper there already.
