Pros:

Very nice. Friendly check in. Room was large and bed very comfortable. It was also really quiet. The breakfast buffet was a full breakfast.

Cons:

Just minor updates needed. There was a broken tile in the bathroom. Nothing significant

I am grateful they have dog-friendly rooms but I thought the upcharge for a dog was a bit steep, and Booking.com did not
Pros:

I was glad they took dogs, and the dog facilities were very nice - a big dog walking area out back, and our room was conveniently close to it. The bed was comfortable and it was clean.

Cons:

The $75 per night charge for a dog was a bit steep I thought. The room has vinyl flooring so even if there were an accident, which there wasn’t, I don’t see that clean up would cost that much.

Perfect location, clean but has a few flaws

Location was perfect for what we needed.
The room was clean!

Although, we were worried about the towel that was stuck up in the heat lamp fixture. And for two girls sharing a room, it would be nice to have a light near the mirror that is outside the bathroom. One other addition we would make is adding more than one hook to hang towels in the bathroom.

House keeping left bags of garbage and used plates in the hallway from friday 3 pm (when we checked in) all the way thru Saturday evening. We stayed Friday thru Sunday and didn't put garbage out nor used plates inside our room.

The staff seemed friendly and nice when we mentioned the garbage and plates that were left in the hallway after housekeeping finished their work on Friday.

Breakfast was ok.... The eggs were watery! 😞

I would stay here again.

This met all our needs for a quick trip from Spokane.
Pros:

Greg was very helpful with our check in. We were able to bring our dog along and our room was close to a grassy area for him.

Cons:

B.A.C.O.N. (There wasn't any at breakfast.) :-(

We always stay in this hotel because room is always clean. Alma at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. This is our home everytime we go to washington.
