Cons:

Parking spaces not striped clearly. Worn out. Front desk not attentive when we came to report broken glass outside the side door. Had to come back twice to get him off the phone so we could tell him.

Pros:

Clean, lots of parking, great location near food and a gas station! Loved the lobby and the pool was well kept and beautiful. The rooms were spacious and very tidy. Loved our stay!

Pros:

The gas station and subway across the parking lot

Cons:

Room was dirty , stains on the floor and beds were not comfortable, we found the previous people before us items under the bed so i feel the room wasnt thoroughly cleaned. The biscuits and gravy was cold .

Nice location, nice room, comfortable bed, however an ADA room should probably have a shower chair if it is a bathtub in

It was a very nice location and the building and grounds were very nice.

Cons:

We had an ADA room with a bathtub but no shower chair. A tile bench at end of tub but the shower curtain didn’t contain the water and the shower hose was too short. A lot of clean up of the floor when done with a shower.

Pros:

Breakfast is very basic, same items always. Nothing attractive.

Cons:

They do not clean rooms, My room in 28 days stay was cleaned only 8 times.
They only change towels
I had to complaint at least 4 times of cleanliness
Standard answer - we are short of Staff. Well then ARRANGE MORE STAFF.

Overall, a nice day I would recommend it to anyone, especially for a lazy stay more than just a few days it’s ideal for

No fault of theirs, but it was disappointing that the hot tub only worked three out of the eight days we were there due to a broken part

Pros:

The room was good, bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was basic. Access from truck was good.

Cons:

Location was hard to find, espcially at night. The room door was hard to close #402 had to pull it and then it slammed. There was a large dead black fly on the bathroom floor, looked like it had been there awhile.
