Great place to stay.
Pros:

Great place to stay. Breakfast was good. I will say that the pool was to be open from 6-10 but it was never opened until closer to 8.

Better than expected!
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. The pool is a nice addition & actually has ample patio furniture and lounge chairs. I was there 5 nights and the maid never made our bed or changed our sheets. However we got new towels and our trash changed daily. I had to get toilet paper from the front desk twice. The breakfast offered many choices and I was happy with the selection. I was in room 111 and before 6 am every day we were woke up to the smell of the breakfast cooking. It came through the vents or maybe just went down the hall. Overall the hotel is a place I would stay again. I liked it.

Great stay for soccer tournament
Pros:

In town for ECNL soccer tournament. Great location, clean, safe area, close to fields/highway/downtown Bothell and neighboring Woodinville. The pool was the highlight and although the gym was small it was sufficient. Also, we had an issue with the shower and maintenance was courteous and efficient to fix the issue. Breakfast would have loved to have oatmeal but overall sufficient.

Large room and great hospitality
Pros:

The room was pretty large and enough room to put everything, so I liked it. Breakfast had jot items like sausage, scrambled egg, biscuit and gravy. They even had decaf coffee and plant-based milk! When there was a minor problem with an amenity in my room, they delivered a brand new item right away, so I really appreciated it. I’d definitely stay again!

Price gouging at its best
Pros:

Booked well before end (Feb 26) charged (May 20). When checking in, discovering that same room being charged approx.$ 100 less/night. General manager unavailable to discuss the matter (tried for 2 days in a row). Price gouging, no little gesture from top management to fix the disappointing situation
I will not stay here again and do not recommend it

Overall, we had a good stay. The location was convenient, the pool area was nice, and the breakfast was better than what you typically find at many American hotels.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't perfectly clean when we arrived, and there was some hair on the floor. Also, around 6–7 a.m. there was a very strong smell of cooking/frying food coming into our room, which wasn't very pleasant to wake up to.
