Nice and pleasant stay
Pros:

Great service, good breakfast, and clean working rooms in a quiet location with quick access to the highways. Pool was closed and didn’t use gym facilities.

RATS!!
Pros:

Not sure where to start because there's a few important things to say, but will start with the RATS in the courtyard.
First time I saw the 6-7" rats from the hot tub, they only appeared in one area to me. But the second time I saw them from hot tub was in a different area of courtyard, but ALSO they we're scavenging even around the garbage can at the covered area near the hot tub. Then it REALLY hit me, the REASON for the RATS; this hotel has GARBAGE receptacles all over the place!! They are in the parking areas, they are in the courtyard!!! DUH!!! They are INVITING THE RATS in with the GARBAGE receptacles everywhere!!! SO....get rid of the receptacles!!!
LESS GARBAGE AVAILABLE=LESS RATS!!!
(Unfortunately, I noticed and reported this, the parking lot receptacles are being used by anyone and everyone to STUFF their garbage into, and obviously NOT hotel-related garbage!!)
This is a NO-BRAINER....Take away the garbage receptacles, and you will eliminate the ABUSE of them, AND you will reduce the RAT PROBLEM!!!

Great Pet Friendly Stay
Pros:

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. We bring our dog, and there is plenty of parking.

Terrible policies
Pros:

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Tried to leave a day early, with 72 hours notice, the hotel rejected my request and refused a refund. Emily at the front desk was rude and condescending. She definitely does not belong in customer service, especially hospitality.

Was good, could be great with minimal upkeep.
Pros:

Everything looked nice, especially the lobby/common areas. Breakfast was ok. Coffee cups pretty small. Grapefruit every other day- really liked that!

Cons:

Carpets need restretched- tripping hazard. Bathrooms neeeed a deep clean. Grout in shower and bathroom floor are yuck.
No warning about no hot water because of ongoing boiler problems caused me a very unpeasant hour as it set off my histamine response. Unsure if the shower was cleaned before my stay as there was a mostly used bar of soap sitting in the soap holder. Ew.
