Sehr schönes Umfeld im Schlosspark, freundliches, hilfreiches Personal.
Pros:

Wir haben wunderbare Unterstützung bekommen, als mein Koffer an der Rezeption versehentlich stehen gelassen wurde. Er wurde gut aufgehoben. Die Kommunikation zur Abholung durch DHL funktionierte super. Herzlichen Dank!

Alles im Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und vor allem das Bad unattraktiv, ungepflegt und Fugen schimmelig bzw. arg verkalkt. Raum viel zu heiß. Schwimmbad uneinladend und zu schmuddelig. Sauna und Umkleiden uralt und ungepflegt.
Der gesamte Zustand ist alles absolut inakzeptabel.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Crudités.
Die Lage war fantastisch, wundervoll ruhig, ein schöner alter Baumbestand und nur ein paar Kilometer vom Zentrum entfernt.
Die Außenanlage gefiel mir sehr gut, mit Restaurant wo man auch draußen sitzen kann.
