Cons:

Leider wurde ich getäuscht und habe keinen guten Service erhalten. Man hat mich so behandelt, als wäre ich ein nörgelnder Kunde. Ursprünglich hatte ich ein Standard-Doppelzimmer gebucht, doch letzte Woche erfuhr ich, dass wir, wenn ich dieses stornieren und ein Superior-Zimmer buchen würde, nicht nur ein extra großes Doppelbett, sondern auch Tee- und Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeiten sowie einen Wasserkocher erhalten würden. Bei der Ankunft im Zimmer stellte sich heraus, dass all das nicht in Ordnung war. Nachdem ich dies an der Rezeption gemeldet hatte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich das bekommen habe, was ich gebucht hatte. Eine weitere Diskussion war nicht möglich. Ich bin also sehr unzufrieden damit.

Enkelt att hitta och parkering direkt utanför. Läget är väldigt vackert i en parkmiljö. Trevligt bemötande. Speciellt i baren och restaurangen. Bra mat. Fin frukost där allt fanns.

Très beau week-end de Pâques
Pros:

Emplacement très calme. Hôtel propre et literie confortable. Piscine et sauna très agréable. Personnel souriant. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux qui se prend dans le restaurant de l’hôtel.
