Pros:

I love the location lots of restaurants nearby

Cons:

When you 1st walk in the front door it smells sooo good, I understand its pet friendly, but that good smell quickly changed as you walk into the elevators and down the hall, it smell horrible of dogs, when I called I was told bfast included I went down but no bfast available, in the elevators it has a sign stating bfast, my bed had hair on sheets requested new sheets never came I had to go to front desk to get clean sheets behind door was hair balls on floor.Staffs are not friendly at all I would say good morning good afternoon or hi no reply what so ever. Fridge turns off after 2hrs I left my food in fridge came back to it being spoiled

Outdoor balcony was nice.

Cons:

The smell was off when you 1st walked in and the elevator had a foul smell to it. Room was small and could be cleaner.

Bedbugs. I was in room 136. Staff wouldn't come change the bedding. She made me do it myself. Wouldn't contact manager bc it was 11pm .

Pros:

The last I stayed breakfast was included and fresh coffee was available, but not this time. I was told it's under new management. If I knew that, I would have chosen another hotel.

Cons:

They were not friendly and even though I was disappointed they could have made me feel like they cared. When I told them upon check in I could only stay two nights instead of three, they said I should have booked with them directly. Since I booked with Booking.com they couldn't do anything for me and I would have to pay anyway.
