Thought we would give them a try based on their rating. Never Again, and we travel a lot, filthy!

Location relative to concert venue. Other than that, nothing else.

Cons:

The room was disgusting. Stained carpets, stained curtains, stained chair. All of the buttons of the room AC/Heater were broken off. There were pubic hairs on the wall mounted shower bottles etc. The shower drain did not drain. While showering you stood in ankle deep water. Stains on the sheets. The breakfast that they advertise, even in the pictures on the elevator, is a lie. All there was is a basket of muffins and a basket of danishes, one of apples, then orange juice and coffee. Heavily guarded by the way. The two female employees one at check in and at check out were absolutely rude. The two gentleman were polite. For $20 more we would have been at a better hotel just seconds away. Never again. I have never given such a bad review in all of our stays at so many hotels.
