Good hotel, with warm rooms
Pros:

Excellent business hotel, good service.

Cons:

All was fine (saunas, bed, pool, breakfast, restaurant) but the climate control in the room: temperatures were high and hard to bring down. The hotel should either plan for people who like and others who dislike and arrange rooms accordingly, or should resolve the overheating of rooms.

Pros:

Закуската беше много разнообразна подходящи менюта за всички предпочитания - европейски и азиатски.
Продуктите бяха вкусни и добре приготвени. Персонала изключително отзивчив.

Cons:

Престоя ни съвпадна с годишна профилактика на спа зоната. Така, че ползвахме басейна при пристигане и в деня на освобождаване. Имаше информация, но очаквах да предложат някаква компенсация.

Très bon qualité/prix par rapport aux services et la qualité de cet établissement
Pros:

L accueil du personnel à l écoute et très convivial, plusieurs piscines au températures différentes, la propreté et la bonne organisation, chambre très complète avec plus d accessoires souhaités, la grandeur de l établissement, le balcon de la chambre avec une bonne vue, et prix compétitif par rapport aux services.

Cons:

La discrétion du parcours du client se rendant au spa se défilant en peignoir en passant par d autres hôtes assis au salon,
situation géographique pas commode pour les personnes n ayant pas leurs propres moyens de locomotions mais tout dépend de la destination de leurs séjours pour ceux qui choisissent le calme et le repos.

The hotel was extremely noisy.
Pros:

Positive points:
1. The breakfast is delicious.
2. The Finnish sauna and the steam sauna are excellent.

Cons:

Negative points:
1. During these two days, we were not able to sleep deeply at the hotel, neither at night nor during the day. In the afternoons, we could hear loud noises from the floor above, especially the sound of furniture being dragged across the floor. At night, there was very loud noise from the corridor, including people talking and doors opening and closing.
2. The pool water was extremely cold and not suitable for swimming at all.
3. The hotel is about 30 minutes away from the city center by bus 15, which in my opinion is quite far. The area where the hotel is located also does not seem very pleasant.

Prima, niet wauw
Pros:

Het ontbijt was goed en de kamers verder prima

Cons:

Het zwembad was 2 dagen gesloten. Het is goed te bereiken met het ov maar je doet er wel een half uur over om bij het centrum te komen. Het hotel was enorm gehorig. We konden de man in de kamer boven ons letterlijk horen plassen. Ook had ik via de chat gevraagd om een ontbijtpakketje ivm een vroege vlucht. Hier werd slecht op gereageerd en ik kreeg uiteindelijk geen ontbijtpakket mee, ondanks eerdere toezeggingen.
