Only well-educated and healthy pets are allowed at an additional cost of 25€ per pet and per night, and only max. 1 pet room. Pets are not allowed in the Episode and Yellow restaurants and in the spa area.
The Swimming Pool will be closed from August 3rd until 11th September 2026 due to a complete mechanical renovation. While the Swimming Pool is closed, the other pools, wellness facilities, and services operate without interruption.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Sehr gut gelegen, sowohl zum Flughafen als auch zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Das Zimmer war gut, Frühstück und Abendessen hatten eine gute Auswahl. Zum Abendessen gab es immer einen Sekt kostenlos, beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es Omeletts etc. die frisch zubereitet wurden. Alles in allem eine gute und große Auswahl.
Der Wellnessbereich ist ok, man kann Anwendungen buchen, was wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
The sraff are really helpful and always do everything for your favour.They are really great.
Did not like a spa.Our second day the jakuzzi and another pool has been closed for a maintenance.So only left a swimming pool and one smaller pool to use but this was not a true spa .At the dinner not much choice for a veg just if you ask a staff .Our room was not perfectly clean when we checked in especially bathroom was a few black long hair in the shower.The bed was not really comfy looks like too used so need a change.The bar price was so high really expensive for any 4 stars hotel prices.
