Pros:

Snídaně byly perfektní, velký výběr slaného, kvalitní suroviny, všeho dostatek.
Hotel je pár minut od metra a do 15min pěšky od Parlamentu, tudíž ideální pokud chcete auto nechat na parkovišti a procestovat Budapešť. Oceňuji velké fitness centrum a dlouhou otvírací dobu spa/fitness.

Cons:

Na pokojích je hrozné teplo, otevřete si maximálně malé okénko na škvírku, takže solidní peklo. Koupelna má špatné odvětrávání, velká vlhkost. Levný šampon a sprchový gel mě zklamal. Pro 2 lidi na 4 dny pouze jedno malé tělové mléko. Postele jsou poměrně měkké, ale to je subjektivní dojem. Peřiny obrovské a teplé, takže lepší spát bez nich v tom horku. Světla se samy vypnou po pár minutách, zcela nelogický systém a dle recenzí to hotel ví a nijak tuto nepříjemnost neřeší. Fitness má fungovat do 22hod, ve 21.42 mi zaměstnanec řekl, že mám 3min na odchod. Sorry, otvírací doba je přeci do 22hod, hotel má zaměstnance zaplatit do 22.15 např., aby měli čas vše vypnout a uklidit, ne že mě někdo bude vyhazovat. Nepochopila jsem ani nutnost rezervace na snídaně ve dvou časech, kdy přijdeme ráno, v jídelně asi 12 lidí a přesto se musíme vracet na recepci, říct číslo pokoje a opravdu potvrdit, že TEĎ bysme se rádi najedli. Ale to by nebylo to nejhorší. Nejhorší jsou výtahy! Když pominu, že ráno ve špičce fungoval 1 výtah na hotel pro stovky hostů, tak předposlední den jsme zde uvízli s matkou. Výtah jezdil sem tam, narážel a mojí matce se udělalo zle. Volala jsem o pomoc a mladík na recepci mi oznámil, že prostě musíme počkat. Po 15 minutách hororového zážitku se výtah sám zastavil a otevřel, matka byla na pokraji zhroucení. Šla jsem na recepci, kde mi mladík řekl, že ho to mrzí, ale není to jeho vina. To bylo vše. WTF? Kvalitní hotely dávají kompenzaci, mají jediné štěstí, že to matka rozdýchala. Ty výtahy mají problém neustále, takže je to další věc, kterou hotel ví a neřeší. Při odjezdu? Na recepci se mladík zeptal, zda bylo vše v pořádku. Odpověděla jsem ne. Jeho odpověď? Ou. No ou, tenhle hotel rozhodně neodpovídá 4*, to ať se na mě nikdo nezlobí. Nedoporučuji a určitě už nikdy nenavštívíme.
