great time, hope to do it again
Pros:

loved loved loved! the employees, airport shuttle service, location to airport to meet up with incoming family members was great, but best of all was your POOL! loved it and the weather cooperated with too ya!

Cons:

stayed 4 days, first two nights fair price, 2nd two nights i WAY over paid for rooms, and the view was of the roof air conditioners. also the restaurant workers were great, but the menu needs to be updated, offer more, and breakfast should be better if we have to pay for it

Basic facility, could use some maintenance; excellent location helpful staff.
Pros:

Excellent location. Helpful staff x 2. Free shuttle on demand - I and my coworker had a 5am flight and the ride was 2 min to the airport.

Cons:

Facilities had not been maintained for some time: 1. no hot water on both days we were at the hotel, with no notification. Closet mirror door was off its tracks. Paint looked worn. Bar poor quality; but liquid shampoo, gel and conditioner were very good. I love the Hyatt Place brand and have stayed at other locations 50 times.
