Great facility, good value, and outstanding service!
Pros:

The breakfast was so amazing. The food quality and selection was excellent, and the environment was so peaceful (2nd floor). The servers and staff were so friendly too!

Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

It’s a very comfortable hotel. Great rooftop pool and bar with great views and fab breakfast. But the staff is what makes it .. 5 stars to the staff, always happy to help with a smile.

Cons:

Not enough pool deck chairs and the shower in the bath set up. But not a deal breaker.

Pros:

This hotel is perfect for a luxury stay in Da Nang, the property is a road behind the main beach road making it quiet. The staff are very friendly and welcoming at all times of the day and facilities including the spa and pool are great. The breakfast spread is also excellent!

Cons:

At times all beds at the pool were occupied, the beach is 5 minute walk away so easy to change plans but slight inconvenience. The drain in our bathroom also had a smell after showering. Minor inconveniences from an otherwise perfect stay.

Pros:

Had a 3 day stay. The Hotel was very nice to provide a cake, room upgrade and a presentation on our bed for our Special Celebration.The breakfast was average. The room/bed ok. Pool was nice, location great. An issue on last day as a young kid in room 1408 was ringing other rooms doorbells very early in the morning. Which woke us up twice. When I mentioned at check out they simply dismissed it "as kids". I responded and said "it's parents". The Front desks response was irresponsible and unprofessional. I told them for the guests still staying on the 14 floor. Any response from the Manager after this post has zero value.

Stayed 3 nights.
Great location as in front of the hotel got lots of eateries, coffee shops, laundry and mini marts.
Great Korean food where we had lunch
Love the automatic player piano. My kids was amaze that it was pressing the keys automatically;)

5 mins walk to my Khe beach.
Place also has a lot of spas so we tried the mango spa.
It was nice for my 6pax family.
They gave us complementary birthday treat for my girl.
Breakfast buffet is good.
