Pros:

The staff were excellent. The view of the ocean from higher floors great. Spa very good. The breakfast outstanding. The beds were super comfortable.

Cons:

The access to the beach required a 150m walk through a small slip road. Manageable but some hotels have direct access to the beach. But you can't have everything.

Excellent staff and great hotel.
Pros:

My wife and I stayed here for 14 nights over April/May 2026. Our room was great, the facilities were great, and the customer service was excellent. Every single member of staff was courteous, professional, friendly and immaculately presented. My on reception, and Them at the restaurant in particular went above and beyond what anybody would expect. The little personal touches from the team were greatly appreciated, and we were fortunate to be there for 30th April re-unification day, where the Sala put on a seafood buffet. Quality of food was excellent, service was exceptional, and we felt for the poor staff who went to a great deal of trouble and were greeted with very high winds on the night of the buffet, however they met the challenge exceptionally well and a great night was had by all.
Our room included breakfast and afternoon tea each day. We didn't really utilise the afternoon tea, as the food was predominantly sweets, and savoury dishes containing meat. As we are vegetarians without a sweet tooth this wasn't really something that appealed to us, however for those with a sweet tooth the pastries and cakes etc looked beautiful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sala Danang Beach Hotel, and would not hesitate in recommending it to others.

Cons:

Afternnon tea could do with a vegetarian option or two.

Memorable, welcoming and wonderful.
Pros:

I feel compelled to acknowledge the outstanding hospitality of the staff at the Sala Danang Beach Hotel in central Vietnam. Staff members including Ly, Them, Oanh, Quan, and Thong (among many others) went above and beyond to make my visit both relaxing and memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth did not go unnoticed.

Cons:

To be honest, I cannot think of anything that I would've wanted different. The meals, both upstairs on the rooftop terrace and at the 3rd floor breakfast buffet were very delicious as well. For my very first visit to Vietnam, I will tell you now that I am definitely going to return .. Maybe for quite awhile

Pros:

Amazing location for the price. Breakfast had a massive buffet with an egg and soup station. We had a partal sea view room that we loved with amazing views. Roof top pool and bar was great as well.

Perfect, outstanding stay
Pros:

Honestly, everything... The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Sorting any activity out or giving any advice was no trouble. The breakfast was a delight, both the standard one and in the premium lounge. The spa was great and the rooftop pool and bar was great! We didn't try the restaurant as the location was perfect for exploring. It was a lovely touch been giving beach towels when heading for a swim in the sea.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and well kept. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and features Vietnamese food (along with the other options). The location was perfect :)

Love this hotel; I stay here again due to its location and breakfast
Pros:

The location is great; it isn't right at beach front but close enough. There are a lot of spas and food places near by. It is right across the DaNang Beach. Love the rooftop pool. The breakfast here is incredible. The staff here is amazing. I like the location here better than the hotels such as Pennisula or Radisson even though they are a bit more luxurious and better facilities

Cons:

The location is deceiving...looks like it is beach front road but it is set back a bit. The rooms could use a bit of updating. The view is blocked partially by the hotel to the right of the hotel.
