Pros:

Nice facility, good location. Valet and bellhop very helpful, fast.

Cons:

Check in did not have room available and didnt text me when they would or did have a room. Phone lines all busy signal in evening when we needed sheets for pullout couch bed. Had to walk to concierge to get help. Clearly understaffed.
