Really nice facilities, amazing staff

Cons:

The curtains didn’t seem to open, and the windows were blocked by chairs. All this despite having a quite nice view!

Enjoyed central location, will be back if the price is right.
Pros:

Luxury bedding, Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries, quality restaurants in house, quiet room despite being right by elevator.

Cons:

Easier check out, maybe in conjunction with dropping bags to be watched for a few hours. Would prefer bags are locked somewhere, not just piled up downstairs...

Pros:

Lovely staff, overall hotel is clean with good facilities.

Cons:

location is an issue. Streets around the hotel are full of people using drugs. Cant really recommend it for a family. We didnt feel safe.

Pros:

I wish I booked directly with Parc55 but
Booking.com had grayed out the dates availability for Parc55 SF

Cons:

There were minimal coffee maker and no microwave and the mini refrigerator was really an old model though it were all functional.

Pros:

Enorme habitación para 5, muy limpia y tranquila.
Seguridad enorme en todo momento

Cons:

Faltaban las sábanas del sofá cama, y tuvimos que pedirlas, y hacernos la cama, y sabían que eramos 5.
Caro de precio, sin desayuno incluido.

The room is perfect and they kept it clean all the time. I would repeat coming here and eat out

Extremely rude and judgmental staff

The facility was up to date and had fast elevators

Cons:

The staff was extremely rude. My boyfriend brought me here for my 24th birthday. The valet argued with us for over 5 minutes even after showing our confirmation because he did not believe we could afford to stay there. When we got inside, the man at the front desk made multiple comments about the price of the stay; asking who paid for the room, baiting to share the price, and made innapropriate suggestions on how to 'thank' my boyfriend for the stay. We felt extremely belittled and judged by all members of staff making the stay extremely uncomfortable.
