Nice and clean
Light weight expensive but nice
Everyone was so nice and if you are Hilton honors make sure you add that in to get points

N=A
breakfast was great.the staff was very friendly and helpful. i'd stay again if i was looking for a basic nice place to crash. cant complain about the room, slept great
the cost of parking. and no robes and slippers. no goodies in ther fridge
The view was great and the staff was kind.
Beds and chair were not comfortable. The room was average, did not look or feel luxe. The $91 for parking and $36pp for the buffet that was par at best. I dont mind paying more for luxury, this price point lacked the luxury. Beds were small
Rooms were old and carpets and furniture stained , curtains didnt close, hotel lobby and restaurant seem to be updated but rooms were left as the were
Friendly staff, decent location
The furniture was very outdated, chairs in the room were ugly and uncomfortable. The mattress on the bed was so hard, overall a huge disappointment. Cheaper hotels in the area probably would have been a better option.
Emplacement
Las camas, las vistas
Está viejo
The room was clean and the hotel is beautiful
The staff was horrible! Besides the sweet lady that checked us in everyone was rude.
We traveled with friends and my family my son is 5 years old I wanted to get him breakfast since kids eat free he doesn’t eat a whole lot so I asked if I can get him some food. The lady said I had to pay for it and I asked again and she redirected me to get stuff on the outside of the restaurant instead I was left with getting him a chocolate milk and donut and I bought a hot coffee that was cold spending an extra $41 dollars. When breakfast was $35 for all you can eat, Unnecessary when I could’ve gotten him a fresh healthy breakfast.
We walked across the street to get him ACTUAL food to eat. Mind you the entire time we were picking out where the donuts are the same lady kept looking over to be sure we weren’t taking anything I felt very stereotyped. We had no problem at all paying for anything it was just something small for my 5 year old that was actual food.
The valet parking was a mess at check out, waiting over 40 min to get your car. Because they were backed up I get it. But charging $80 for that type of service and to be rude about being busy.
Location
Windows were paper thin and every night I could hear every activity on the streets from police sirens to road cleaning vehicles to people shouting.
Didn’t get a single peaceful night sleep.
