Good upcoming hotel in Kurla
Pros:

Food and staff were at par with the best; the ambience, especially around the entrance should be maintained better in coordination with the concerned authorities so that more business can be attracted along with a boost in the reputation which will be well-deserved because the basics were already in place as we found during our week long stay. Thanks

Terrible Stay
Pros:

Terrible stay. First of all, the information given in the Hotels.com was incorrect. They mentioned as it has a separate living room, a fire place, free parking, continental breakfast etc. Nothing of that sort is present in the hotel. The location of hotel is terrible. If you are planning to go with family, its a MUST NO hotel. The staff is rude, rooms are extremely compact and whole night there was some noise coming so all my family could not sleep whole night. The hotel is not even worth of half it's daily price.

Breakfast was provided in the room in some dirty steel plates. (only Puri bhaji was available) that too looked like it was got from a road side food cart. We asked for the refund and the hotel management kept on saying that we cannot do it. After couple of hours of argument, they agreed to refund 1 day's amount (the hotel stay was 3 days). We had to check out of the hotel next day and look for a better hotel loosing the money. Terrible stay. If you are planning to travel with family, its definitely not a hotel to stay.

Pros:

There was a goat at the entrance, garbage piles and the nastiest stench. Avoid this hotel.
