The stay was peasant and convenient, however more training is required for Front Desk.
Pros:

The accommodations and location were fine. The staff did not seem to be up to speed in checking in or checking out of the facilities. The customer service (Front Desk) experience was sub par.

Cons:

More interactive with both the customer and the equipment in use. Possibly make eye contact and warmly greet the patron.

Pros:

Breakfast was nice with a wide selection of options from eggs to oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, etc. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Shower was very spa-like.

Cons:

The neighborhood is not nice. We looked out on a seemingly abandoned lot and the surrounding buildings were mostly industrial warehouses.
