Wonderful stay at this amazing hotel
Pros:

Spotless facility with high standards of cleanliness, exceptional breakfast with generous refills! The kitchen staff are adorable and very helpful. The front desk are professional. Overall, our stay was exceptional and we will definitely stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oakland Airport.

If I absolutely had to be in that area again, I would start here.
Pros:

The property location was convenient. They have cameras in all parking lots so I felt my vehicle was safe. They also lock the door and you can’t renter without your room key. The restaurant onsite was very convenient and the food was really good for a hotel restaurant.

Cons:

The breakfast was so so, that’s ever tide the outside sitting area but it was pretty run down and dirty. Their fire pit didn’t work.

little noisy in lobby....large boisterous party. also, could hear neighboring rooms thru the walls.

Worth the stay
Pros:

We had issues with billing that still have not resolved, as we were double charged for the room. Otherwise it was great

It was a good place to stay with only a couple of hiccups.
Pros:

The room was large and clean. The public areas were clean and the staff was friendly. We were able to park behind the hotel at night and there was security. The restaurant had good food and the staff was great.

Cons:

We were charged for things that we did not purchase. It seemed strange that anyone could charge things to our room without verification. We asked for more products for the shower (3 times) and it took 2 days to get them.
