My stay was fine for what I needed.
Pros:

The customer service was really good and had an easy check in. The location was very easy to find.

Cons:

The bed was extremely firm but nice and clean.

Check in was quick and friendly.

Cons:

We were not notified that it was a smoking room. The room smelled awful. We had to go purchase air freshener spray just to tolerate. There were burn holes in the blank on the beds. The shower had a bath mat the was dirty and stained. We also purchased bleach spray to clean the shower before using it. We will not be back

Disappointed with the bed being hard and the pillows too small. We have throw pillows bigger.

We requested a first floor room. When we got there we found out all the first floor rooms were taken despite booking the room 6-7 months in advance. We've stayed at your facility every year for the past 5 years on the same weekend.

Nice place to sleep for the night if you're working in the area
Pros:

It was nice, it was clean, it could have been a little bit cleaner in the bathroom. The staff was excellent, helping somehow there was a mistake, and they were able to move us to rooms without any hassle. The mistake was on me, not on them.

Nothing really. We never went for breakfast, so I don't know if they had breakfast or not
