Everything was rundown. The pool was closed, the exercise room was closed, and the breakfast was closed. We went down for breakfast and were given a paper bag with a bottle of water and two tiny granola bars. It would have been a good idea to tell us about all of these things before we arrived, don't you think?

Staff was friendly but I was very disappointed with this stay.
Pros:

I stayed at this location a couple of years ago and had a pleasant stay. I like the location as it is right next to the interstate, shopping, convenience stores, and within walking distance of many things one might need while on vacation.

Cons:

The handle to the bathroom sink was broken and kept falling off. There was a blood stain on the comforter, which I informed the staff about and explained that I'd just remove the comforter from the bed but thought that it should be noted. The air conditioner/heat didn't function properly and the air quality of what it DID emit was poor. The lever on the bathtub that is used to drain the tub was broken and a piece of tape was placed over it to ensure that it would drain. It still didn't. I nearly slipped in the shower the first night and I had to hold the lever down for several minutes to drain all of the water out of the tub after each shower.

when i was checking in it wasn’t disclosed to me that the pool wasn’t working. i got the room thinking we would be able to swim and i didn’t find out until later in the evening. security pounded on my door around 10pm saying i didn’t pay for my room asking for i had proof that i paid for the room. i don’t understand why he couldn’t call.. the security guard woke up my children. also it was advertised there was breakfast included? the property didn’t have any breakfast. i won’t be staying here again

Okay for one night, would not repeat.

It was close to the Millstream restaurant

Cons:

The hotel was hard to find and there was no signage on the it. The front desk staff was not friendly. There were coffee cups in the room but no coffee pot and no ice bucket. The tub was slippery.
