Pros:

Location was perfect. Right off I90. Hot tub not working. Breakfast minimal. Young lady who checked us in was friendly and kind.

Pros:

Had an issue with the reservation billing which I could not settle with the front desk. They gave me the number for the general manager. Tried calling the general manager numerous times over the next few days. General manager would not accept or return calls. Very unprofessional. Will never stay at another Wyndham associated hotel again.

Just for one night, we had to make do.
Pros:

The water pressure in shower was great and I was able to take a hot shower after a long hot day at Devils Tower. Stayed here as we were headed to Crazy Horse monument. Slept comfortably at night. No loud noises.

Cons:

First room we went to had water seeping out of the little fridge and it didn’t seem to be working. Room smelled musty. We asked to change rooms. They were able to accommodate our request and the 2nd room smelled of cologne. Which was better than musty. But the location is in poor shape. The light switches were dirty with visible smears. The tub floor also looked very dirty with stains. Some of the walls need to be wiped down or repainted. It was late at night and just for one night so we had to make do. However, I do not recommend it.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever had and I won’t be back to this hotel.

There were bugs, unfriendly staff, the pool was filled with bleach to make it burn your skin, the breakfast was not good as they advertised it, the rooms were dirty.

El personal, todos fueron muy amables a la hora de suplir o arreglar alguna cosa.

Cons:

Hice reservación en dos habitaciones. Una de ellas tenía la cortina rota y entraba la claridad, el olor no era muy agradable, y las sábanas estaban muy manchadas y rotas. Pedimos que las cambiarán y el personal fue muy amable. En la segunda habitación el toilet estaba suelto.
El personal fue excelente y esto hizo que todo fuera mas fácil.

The place was clean, staff was friendly.

Cons:

The building is behind a restaurant and really hard to find. There was no sign. The toilet was loose from the floor. The bed was too firm. There is no coffee in your room, no iron, no blow dryer. The breakfast is limited. I ate toadt. . With so many other hotels in the area that offer more, you shouldn't pay the same price as they do. It was not a good value.

Location was good. Could not stay for breakfast as we had to leave to catch a flight.

Cons:

The room was fine. There could have been a couple more towels in the room. Also, not cups, even to get a cup of water of put ice in for warm sode to get cold.

Alright, but lacking in some areas.
Pros:

The A/C was effective but not overpowering. Overall, I would consider our stay mostly on par with the cost.

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty limited- and some days there was less than others. It seems to me like renovations are going on, and are mostly done, but not all the way? There was no where to hang towels in the bathroom and it seemed like there weren’t enough light fixtures. WiFi completely didn’t work. You have to specifically ask housekeeping to come to your room.

La colazione era scarsissima e penosa, non c’erano uova strapazzate, burro, cakes, veramente misera. Inoltre, avendo prenotato la camera per 2 gg al termine del primo siamo rientrati la sera e la camera non era stata pulita, il letto sfatto ed il bagno sporco. Infine, il Wi-Fi nelle camere non c’è, pare ci sia solo nel locale breakfast.
