Poor cleanliness and maintenance outweighed the convenient location
Pros:

Location, some staff members were friendly

Cons:

The room had a strong smell of dust, dirt and old furniture, made even worse by an overpowering chemical cleaning odor that irritated my allergies. The window frames and shower cabin had visible built-up dirt, the curtains were dirty (the bathroom curtain even had what appeared to be blood stains), and the wall next to the window was cracked.

Pros:

Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Cons:

Was Uns nicht so gefallen hat, war das der kleinere Aufzug in der letzten Ecke war. Erst haben Wir den nicht gefunden. Dank den hilfsbereiten Personal konnten Wir dann auf Unsere Etage.
Der Aufzug war für Unseren Geschmack zu dunkel.

Всичко много ми хареса,стаята безупречно чисто ,всеки ден смяна на спално бельо и хавлии,персонала много любезен,вода с лимони имаше нон стоп във фоайето,в самия център ,много удобно.Възхитена сам....пак ще се върна в този хотел
