Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und vielseitig ! Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und im Bett gab es ,,sehr gute Matratzen " !

Cons:

Leider gab‘s nur ein Handtuch im Zimmer, obwohl für zwei gebucht wurde. Aber kein großes Problem trotzdem zum empfehlen :)

The photos and descriptions of the room amenities are completely different from the room you actually receive at check-in.
If you are a light sleeper, I strongly recommend speaking with the front desk in advance about the type of room you are being assigned, as noise levels and room conditions may vary significantly.

Ein perfektes Hotelerlebnis
Pros:

Einfach perfekt-vor allem mit Hund-kundenorientierter und gästefreundlicher geht nicht mehr. Unser Yorkie wurde zuerst begrüßt und war überall willkommen-nicht nur geduldet sondern wirklich ein willkommener Gast. Ich schätze das sehr und finde es nicht selbstverständlich. Einfach alle im Hotel waren hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ein besonderes Hotelerlebnis! Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit allem was man sich nur wünschen kann. Der Garten ist auch wunderschön und es fehlt einfach an gar nichts. Ich wünschte man würde in jedem Hotel so einen Service haben-so etwas ist einzigartig!

Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll, ruhig und gemütlich.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker.

Cons:

Das frühe Einchecken hat eine Zusatzgebühr gekostet, die wir als nicht angemessen empfunden haben. Das passiert einem bei der Konkurrenz in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft nicht.
