Really wanted it to be better.
Pros:

Reception and manager on night were lovely. the foyer is welcoming. The steak was great for room service.

Cons:

The gym had no large towels. My room wasn't cleaned the first day with housekeeping saying i didn't leave a sign when I absolutely did - it was still there on my return which alerted me to the possibility of it not being cleaned. The cups were espresso sized (with no espresso machine) and the coffee was average. I'm giving the property another chance next week (out of necessity). I normally stay at Citadines so I was keen to try an alternative in the north sydney area. No moisturiser. Most hotels have this.

Clean, friendly staff helpful with the wedding guest.
Pros:

Check in and out was easy and quick, room size was good, would have love to stayed a week or more. Access to uber and taxi are at the rear but once you know that is easy.

Cons:

Sound proofing between rooms could be better in their suites.
