Great stay. Will stay again for sure.
Pros:

Good size room. Very nice styling. Comfy bed and nice bathroom.

Cons:

Little hard to find on foot from Victoria Cross station. It’s actually really close and easy once you know the way.

I was given genius upgrade. The room was bigger but against the lifts so I heard rattling all night.
They forgot to put hairdryer in room. Annoying!

I stay here regularly and deliberately because it’s clean, comfortable and I don’t have to pack much for my 3 hr commute. I always enjoy my stay. This time I was given upgrade - and it was worst experience I’ve had.
When I travel for work I just want to get good sleep and be comfortable.

Pros:

Clean and tidy, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Horrible parking on site - door did not open automatically as we were told it would, had to reverse back and ask. Were then told by staff we were wrong and it should open - they then had to open manually. Staff at front desk not particularly helpful. Difficult to find entrance - very small rygdes sign with no other indication.

Dining room was closed but I ate an excellent dinner in the bar - staff were great. Car park was a little pokey but I managed to find a spot./

Pros:

The 2-bedroom apartment was clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff!

The hotel was also conveniently located near the Victoria Cross metro station, making it easy to reach the CBD and other areas.
