I always stay here when I travel to the city for work. This time I was in level 12 and the sound of the elevator house upstairs was terrible..it was hard to get a good night sleep. I guess not much you can do about it. The rest was great as always

Took considerable time to check in and I didn't h a very my actual physical Mastercard with me and they were reluctant to allow me to use the one in my phone.

it was more difficult then expected to access the shops/metro. the only 2 options were walking down/up 2 hills, or walking a much longer route. it was not convenient having a child with us.

The cleanliness of the room and cleanliness and gorgeous fragrant smell when you’d enter the foyer and reception.
The room was very clean.
The noise was ridiculous. The constant non stop exhaust fan kept me awake all night.
Being put right next to laundry also didn’t help.
The bar fridge in room kept opening and it resulted in my insulin for my T1D getting hot and unable to use, all my food was hot so couldn’t eat it.
And the car park is insane- far too small and cramped. And the system to exit to car park is insane . I had to call reception twice to open door to let me out. The car park isn’t worth the money.
We arrived to our room to find a beautiful hand written note and 4 beautiful little cakes to share wishing me a happy birthday! It was such a treat and very kind.

Noise above was very hard to sleep. But this is not the hotel’s fault.
Hard to find down long drive, sometimes breakfast was cold when covers put on food and burners on low or off. Coffee and milk in the rooms had to be asked for at reception- not always supplied in room.

Air conditioning- room was hot and stuffy and we couldn’t change the temperature.

洗面の狭さ、ドアの無いシャワールーム、ホテルまでの坂道。
壁というか床の薄さのせいで上の階の人が深夜まで子供と走り回っていて眠れなかった。伝言はしてくれたけど部屋を変えるなどの対応は無かった。声も聞こえる位だったので小さい子供がいるなら部屋の場所を工夫した方が良さそう。
