Everything, the price for the stay, very clean and the staff were amazing

Cons:

The shower head in our room wasnt great and the water went everywhere.

Pros:

Pros:

The motel was very good for some with limited mobility, lifts were required and ramps in other areas. The staff throughout the motel were extremely helpful. I had an accessible room which met most of my requirements.

Cons:

There were a couple of issues with the room regarding accessibility requirements. The first was that the hanging space in the wardrobe was way too high for a wheelchair user. The other issues were in the bathroom: the toilet did not have enough rails to assist a person to stand, and it was difficult to use a commode. The shower curtain was to be from the floor, which meant that all the water went everywhere, and this then became dangerous for the person with mobility issues.

Overall it was a bit disappointing not being able to sleep comfortably.
Pros:

It was clean and spacious. Car parking was great. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The aircon in the room ran hot then off all night making it too warm to sleep. The wall adjustment panel didn’t seem to make any difference

Free room upgrade on arrival was lovely. Bar Lounge for dinner and quiet drink was very nice. Room was nice and enjoyed a relaxing soak in the bath. Parking was good.

Cons:

The pillows were truly the worst I have ever slept on, so much so I kept waking through the night, and woke with a very stiff neck and headache. Also it seems there were sensor lights that lined up with the steps beside the bed but they did not work

Schönes Hotel, jedoch der Indoorpoolbereich ist mangelhaft.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel und gutes Frühstück. Die schlechtere Bewertung erfolgt nur wegen dem Standard im Indoorpoolbereich!

Cons:

Schwimmbad ist lieblos und Umkleideräume entsprechen bei weitem nicht dem Hotelstandard! Sauna und Whirlpool entsprechen nicht den Hygienestandard! Gäste gehen ohne zu duschen im den Whirlpool.
