Overall good.
Pros:

I went through booking.com. I'd much prefer for the hotel to match the same deals and go direct.

Cons:

The slamming of doors by other guests entering and exiting rooms sometimes (but very frequently) interrupted the lovely vibe.

A good mid level hotel well located to Manuka Oval
Pros:

Hotel is well located and has good parking, rooms are large, clean and tidy, and have a nice aspect. The hotel breakfast was enjoyable and of good standard. Although it would have been nice to get a proper expresso coffee.

Cons:

The main negative for me was the tied old matress on the bed, it was in my opinion well past its useby date and needs replacing. There was no complimentary water in the room, which is standard for most motels. Lack of a proper expresso at breakfast was also a bit of a downer.

Pros:

It’s convenient. Parking is very easy being on site.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean. The food was over priced. There was no EV station (the only one close enough to a power point that was safe was constantly taken). The staff were pleasant enough but there was minimal attention provided and as repeat guests we didn’t experience the same kind of loyalty or guest treatment we get elsewhere.

An able bodied person does not prefer wheelchair access bathrooms ever
