Great stay and relaxing.
Pros:

Nice hotel. Clean and friendly staff. It has gym, sauna, and pool. Free parking and shout out to the receptionist that assist us in our checkin and check-out. She is very friendly and accommodating. Thanks also for allowing us to check-in early.

Cons:

No complimentary water in the rooms. Minibar fridge not generating any cold. It is turned on but not generating any cold at all. The breakfast selection also is very limited and not a lot of selections.

Everything was pretty good, nice location. Restaurant expensive for a young family.

Cons:

You can tell minimal and quick cleanliness of rooms. Still fluff in carpet around edges, bathroom tiles had hair and who knows what from previous people. Needs more tlc

Great hotel, front desk when we checked in could have been more helpful
Pros:

the rooms and bed were large. Great spread for breakfast.

Cons:

The front desk staff were not as helpful. I needed a trolley to help move my belongings at 630pm. There were none available, when we went to ask they mentioned there were none available and if there were none in the car park to let them know and they will go look for on for us. After telling them there was none available they still didn’t help and said on should turn up soon. We went for dinner and returned and there still weren’t any available at 830pm. The staff did not assist. We had to make multiple trips with our 1 year old son attached to the hip. the staff noticed and did not say anything.
