Funky hotel in great location
Pros:

Great hotel with excellent brassiere and bar. Rooms are decorated with modern flair as are the main foyer and bar. Staff are always friendly and efficient. Located walking distance to CBD and next to the lake, walking distance to Australian Museum, and other key sites nearby. This is our go to hotel in Canberra

Cons:

Parking was a bit limited with parking available under the hotel as well as behind. We were able to find a park but know other guests had to park elsewhere.
At present the hotel is impacted by roadworks for extending the tram services.

Great room and no real problems that I experienced

Couldn’t work the balcony properly. Doors were hard. But had a great view. No real dislikes.
