Not the best experience.....
Pros:

Staff was good

Cons:

Bed was itchy, furnishing was older then photos. Room for a superior king is also small. Air-conditioning for heating did not the first night, which was terrible for my 5yo.

Great Hotel, Great Team, Great Food
Pros:

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay at QT Canberra with our family. Rijesh and the entire team were incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfectly arranged for us. Our two grandkids had an amazing time, which made our stay even more special.

The breakfast and dinner were both excellent. Thank you Rijesh and the entire team for the outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend QT Canberra and will definitely stay again!

Pros:

The decor of the lobby and bar. The coffee pods were a good touch and the shower pressure was much better than some showers I have used.

Pros:

Comfy beds
Great size rooms

Cons:

They were down to one out of 3 lifts working it was a nightmare

The parking spaces are tiny and limited and they over book for what is available so if you leave and come back you risk loosing your spot

Construction noise started at 7am right outside our window on a Saturday morning there was no warning about this and it was extremely disruptive to our stay

Capital of Chic hotels needs some spit and polish
Pros:

Beautifully curated,northfacing sunny and comfortable room. Seriously good mini bar.
Secure undercover parking with easy access to elevators as I had lots of luggage.

Cons:

QT’s obsession and this hotel is not alone, in online check in and check out. This seems to preclude the need for staff at reception who in Canberra QT were completely dead behind the eyes, unsmiling and perhaps on smack.
However I must commend the hotel for hiring a homeless looking person and presenting this person at reception.

Good quality for good price
Pros:

Room was clean and neat. All we needed was provided. Bed was comfortable, extra blankets and pillows provided. Complimentary coffee and minibar was not used was we only stayed one night.
