Everything - location, comfort, staff and value
Nothing!!
Lovely venue nice staff
Room was good, comfortable bed, great breakfast
I paid for parking but there were no parks available in the basement at 10pm. The reception did allow me to park at the front of the property though instead. Roadworks through the whole of Canberra made it difficult to get to the hotel
I always love staying here I come often.
It’s always great
Location. Comfortable bed. Good facilities.
Power went out.
Clean comfortable easy to navigate
Parking costs overnight seems unwelcoming although I know a lot of places do so.
There was no ice. Had to order it. One robe missing.
Couldn’t sit out on the balcony
The bed was comfortable but the room was average… tiny balcony with nothing to sit on
Small room … bathroom tiny
Lobby looks good
Breakfast was good
Bar shut at 9pm
We had 3 rooms and all of them the shower flooded the bathroom floor, the water runs away from the drain
We absolutely loved the breakfast 10/10, l was very suprised that it wasnt buffet style. It was the highlight of the stay. I also loved the dyson hairdryer.
Great location, quiet rooms aned excellent value
We had two cars so the parking was a bit pricey at $70
The room was nicely appointed and comfortable.
It is a convenient hotel.
It's clean.
The air-conditioning didn't work, so we slept with the balcony door open. It wasn't super hot so this was okay, but if it had been one of the recent heatwave nights, that would have been a disaster.
Breakfast was very disappointing. I had Eggs Benedict - it was cold when it arrived at the table, the English muffin was stale, and the "Hollandaise Sauce" tasted like supermarket mayonnaise.
Parking was overpriced.
This was my second time at QT (my other time was 9/24). I can’t recommend it highly enough. Staff very friendly. And I love your bar, especially “Cahoots.” The famous Geoff Pryor cartoons are terrific. I would like to buy one (John Gorton, bill mcmahon, Malcolm Fraser), and Geoff (with whom I was drinking at the bar on Friday evening) told me to ask QT management. My name is Tom Switzer and I stayed in room 903 on Friday/Saturday nights. I will definitely stay at QT when I return to Canberra. I’m on 0419962081. Tom
Nothing wrong.
Generally it was good
Having to pay $35 for overnight parking
I have stayed in Canberra many times, this was the first time I have ever had to pay for parking.
The lobby and restaurant were elevated and clean. Pleasing to the eye
The room was good. There were obvious signs of poor maintenance like rust in the bathroom, but it seemed clean. There was also old staining on the sheets
