Pleasant and convenience stay but skip the breakfast service
Pros:

The room was big enough to fit another bed for my 14 years old, and the bathroom was also big enough to accommodate 3 people. Walking distance to the lake and the Floriade festival and we were lucky enough to get the last car park on the busy Saturday afternoon when we checked in. The room service was excellent and very clean.

Cons:

The EV charging would have been handy if it's not use as car park at $35 per day. Saturday night fee of $660/night is double than the usual price due to long weekend and school holiday. However, the Sunday morning breakfast was short of staff hence was slow in service. The coffee took half an hour to arrive with no water served while we wait and the breakfast arrived 10 minutes later. The Monday morning has two extra staff, but we still have to wait 20 minutes in the bar area to get a table. The water & coffee arrived within 20 minutes and breakfast 30 minutes. It has improved by 10 minutes but still not good enough.

Breakfast was delicious

Cons:

Air vents leaked the smell of someone smoking pot from another room somewhere. Shower took 5 minutes to heat the water. Very noisy. Not very sound proof. No complimentary biscuits. Only 2 English Breakfast Tea bags.

Pros:

Good location for our purposes. Parking arrangements good.

Cons:

Bathroom. Poor water pressure in shower. On occasions shower not hot enough. Shower screen needed as water sprayed onto floor and bath mat.
