Location was great. Room a good size and modern. Comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Had to call twice for our room to be made up as was after 3 pm and still not done. Came straight away but was very late in the day. One person on reception wasn’t very friendly when requesting our room to be cleaned.

Comfortable centrally located hotel near the china town district.
Pros:

Easy check-in and staff very helpful. The dining area for breakfast was nice & open with comfy booths nearby for business calls etc.

Cons:

I booked a city view but basically it was the back of another building although it was on level 20.

Can’t recommend Rydges Melbourne enough, wonderful facilities, comfortable beds, lovely staff
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from!
I have never had such a comfortable bed in a hotel before, and had a wonderful sleep.
The check in and out online was so easy, and using the kiosk on arrival so quick for keycards.

Cons:

I genuinely can’t think of anything.

Great choice of accommodation
Pros:

Location is key for a good night out in Melbourne
Pros:

Location. Everything is within walking distance- bars, restaurants and shopping. Self- Check in was straightforward. Our room on the 21st floor was clean and relatively large. Although the hotel was busy the Elevator service was fast and efficient.

Cons:

The bar and restaurant area was old and dark and could benefit from an upgrade.
