Pros:

My flight landed late, so I had a late check-in time. I was able to check in quickly and easily using the kiosk, which was great. As much as I enjoy the personal experience of checking in with a staff member, having the kiosk available is a really convenient bonus.

The room was perfect and the location was amazing. I was able to walk to everything I wanted to visit during my stay in Melbourne, which made getting around so easy and convenient.

I would definitely stay here again, especially during the warmer months so I can make the most of the pool!

Cons:

The only downside was that I couldn’t quite figure out the heating and cooling system or adjust the room temperature, so the room was quite warm during my stay.

Pros:

We stayed here for a one night staycation and it was perfect. Great location, right within CBD and close to Parliament station. The room was stylish, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We found the mattress and pillows a little firm. Also had trouble adjusting the heating so it was a bit too warm for us especially overnight.
