Left my pillow there. Chased staff multiple times over days and told its lost / bad luck

Cons:

I left a pillow at the hotel, called the following day that I had left it, was promised call back, no one called, chased up multiple times, poor replies and checking with housekeeping replies, then eventually just said sorry it’s lost and bad luck.
How do you lose a pillow a day after I stayed there?

Rydges is perfectly 'ok'. For around $300 a night its not bad value. Bathrooms need work though.
Pros:

Location was good. View was nice. Lobby was nice

Cons:

Bathroom was pretty bad. So small that the shower basically wets the entire bathroom when you use it. Desperately needs a proper shower door, just poorly designed.

Pillows werent the best either, too tall.

STAFF AT CHECK-IN VERY OBLIGING - SUGGEST YOU PROVIDE A FEW MORE UMBRELLAS AS I EXPERIENCED HEAVY RAIN AND ALL HOTEL UMBRELLAS HAD BEEN ALLOCATED.

Really great bed and comfy pillows, this was what I was most worried about so was glad about that. Loved the bath, I had a corner king room. Food was really good and the coffee was too – a big bonus!

Cons:

would be great to have an extractor fan in the bathroom and toilet for faster ventilation
