Bed was very uncomfortable and the staffs kept telling us they would try to reserve the memory foam pillows for us, but when we got there we were advised they don’t have memory foam pillow to start with. The entire hotel does not have a single bin except the one in your room.
Centrally located which was good
Busier than expected especially at breakfast, pool area small relative to nbr of guests
Location was fantastic for my family to stay whilst I was in the E&E Hospital. Our daughter loved the breakfast and particularly the free games in the lobby. Wife also loved the room cleanliness and staff assistance.
Our stay was during th F1 Grand Prix so paying top rates.
Gorgeous property and comfortable rooms. Also a great locations
We ordered room service on two different occasions - the first at the pool where they only brought one of our drinks; I questioned it & the lady looked at our receipt and said she’d come right back up - one hour later still no drink?? Second time (my birthday morning) I rang room service to order coffee, the lady was extremely rude and then coffee took over an hour to arrive. Once it did, she claimed they were understaffed and didn’t have time (what?)
The location was great and the staff were friendly.
The phone didn't work
When we exited we specifically paid for the car parking at reception then couldn't exit.
The modern decor, all staff were super friendly and eager to help. Located right by the theatres, lots of really nice bars and restaurants, Chinatown.
