Fantastic stay. We will be back.
Pros:

It was clean, staff were lovely and it’s in a great location

Cons:

There was a big conference on (that we weren’t a part of). The rooftop bar was closed for a private function for them. It was a 10 minute wait to get in to the lift to go back to our room to freshen up for dinner because of the amount of people at the conference all wanting to head up at once for their function.

Pros:

Location is great for the theatre.

Cons:

Our room was booked for 2 nights, we called room service to make up our room whilst we were out for the day. We were supplied fresh towels, they didn’t take the dirty towels & did not make the bed.
We stayed in the Deluxe King & the bathroom is so tiny, 2 people cannot be in there at the same time.
The lighting is terrible in the room & bathroom, not good for make up etc

I find I can’t lower the temperature to under 18° - and with a warm doona, I end up with interrupted sleep getting too hot.

Would not recommend and will not bother booking again
Pros:

The staff very very nice and helpful, shower was nice and hot

Cons:

There was only one bath towel in the bathroom, the tiles in the pool were very slippery, the toilet blocked and almost overflowed in the morning, booked a corner room expecting expansive views all we could see was people’s apartments. When we went for dinner there was no one interested in assisting us so we went for dinner elsewhere.
Breakfast buffet did not cater very well for people with allergies
