Staff made you very welcome, which made the stay a top 3 days.

Awesome stay, we like Rydges group and would stay again.
Pros:

Accomodating to our needs, friendly customers service, clean facilities. Enjoyed the 🚿 shower. Friendly service at the restaurant, our buffet breakfast was excellent. In room dining was good.

Cons:

Hard to chase up extra supplies like toilet paper, extra towels or sanitary bags. Or needing maintenance for certain things in the room that needed addressing. Parking very expensive and quite busy.

Good value for money, good location, spacious rooms, beautiful decor and friendly staffs.

Cons:

Cleanliness could be improved. We found hair on the towels twice, and there was a shoe mark on a towel. The drinking glasses also had leftover wine stains, as if they had not been properly washed.

Good experience - weather was not as cold as we expected coming from Queensland.
Pros:

Quiet and comfortable room. Hotel was convenient to the places we wished to visit.

Great breakfasts in Bossleys!

Cons:

We missed having a radio/clock radio in the room. While there was a TV, we like having a radio playing on a timer when retiring.

Some sort of folder in the room or even in the reception area listing local sights with a map of the area would have been very useful.
