The room, and buffet breakfast is actually the best breakfast I have had from a hotel.. add it on its a must. The bed is actually a king matress , not the '2 single beds put together' like some hotels and it was so comfy
Would have liked bath robes , but thats not for everyone
Close to where we needed to go . Easy to drive our car to and park . Love the shower, everything clean and lovely fragrance. Great Breakfast
Nothing
The foyer, room (we had an executive suite) and pool were all great. The fridge mounted at a civilised height, comfy bed and great views were all highlights.
We had the floor in the bathroom re-mopped as it was sticky for some reason. Windows not double glazed but that wasn’t really an issue. The timed light under the bathroom sinks just needed to be a switchable light. There wasn’t hooks for jackets at the door and only 2 in the bathroom.
I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning - it was so hot !!!!

Gorgeous hotel. The best location for a stay in the city.
Check in was easy and we were able to access our room 3 hrs ahead of time!
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made the stay very special. Rooms a little on small side but very clean and comfortable.
But it was the staff who were brilliant.
The only thing was the grumpy maitre de at breakfast - middle aged man (perhaps Malaysian). His service level was nowhere near as good as the front desk staff. He seemed cross.
