Great location, love that they had car parking and it was so easy to use

My room was located in the side where the trains are and it kept me awake, they run often. My friends couldn’t hear the trains on the other side of the hotel
My niece and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 2 nights for a variety of reasons.
Location
After alighting from the airport skybus (20 mins) at Southern Cross Bus Station, we walked easily to this hotel in about 8 mins. There are many tram stops nearby such as the popular 35 circular tram route, tram 96 continues to South Melbourne Market etc. We also walked to the casino food court for dinner the first night. It is opposite to the Southern Cross Hotel where we waited for our Puffing Billy tour bus. It is less than 5 mins to the Southern Cross Station where we boarded the train to Lilydale at platform 10 to visit the Sunday Camberwell Market stopping at Camberwell Station. Tram rides in CBD area are free allowing us to visit many interesting places such as Flinders Station, Parliament House, State Library etc. We also enjoyed an easy 5 mins walk to the Woolworth supermarket at the Southern Cross Station.
Room
Our twin bed room 101 is very quiet and reasonably spacious. Both beds are queen size. The toilet"s size is comfortable and is very functional with hooks for hanging the towels. The shower is fantastic and powerful. Cups and wine glasses are provided.
Staff
The staff serving us were polite, helpful and efficient.
We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel.
