Broken room thermostat buzzing all night
Poor house keeping not making beds or giving enough towels and placed my hair dryer in the showers

The breakfast had a nice variety and the waitress was friendly. The hotel decor was really nice, and the room facilities were satisfactory.
The person that had stayed in the room previously had used the alarm clock. When turning over the room the staff had not reset the alarm clock in our bedroom which meant we were disturbed at 4am by the loud alarm. This was not really acceptable and should have been checked by staff. When I went to reception and complained they reset the alarm clock but did not apologise or offer any form of compensation. The hotel also take a 100 dollar deposit which is a large amount of money, it is almost a week later and I’m still waiting on the refund for the deposit.
