The staff were so nice and accommodating, they met every need! The downstairs restaurant was also incredible, realy nice staff and the food was amazing would definitely go back just for that! The lobby was very clean and had plenty of seating and the rooms were incredibly roomy and comfortable.
Was a bit far to walk to the city centre (10 minutes down one street) but thats just because im lazy lol, there is nothing i didnt like about my stay.

The Rooms
The rooms were nicely decorated and the view from the room was beautiful. The rooms were quiet with minimal outside traffic sounds.
The room itself felt a little small. The room between the foot of the bed and the wall was pretty slim so it felt a little cramped. With two suitcases, it wasn't ideal.
Room is clean and location is good. Bed is comfortable and food in restaurant are good.
Make up room services need to be improved.

I stayed in room 626 and there was a vent near the bathroom that was extremely noisey when neighbouring rooms were showering.

We stayed a night in town at Hotel Indigo as we were going to the AFL game. The hotel reception is lovely and rooms quiet, comfortable and clean. We did have an issue with the room that being it was very very stuffy and we both woke feeling very dehydrated and like 'lead ballons' Certainly not refreshed. There was also a mouldy smell in the bathroom area, which may have been the drains.
We headed back to the Hotel after the football and decided to have dinner and a drink at around 9pm. We choose the Share plates for 2 for $110. It was delivered very quick but there was no cutlery, napkins, salt and pepper and 1 wet wipe for the chicken wings (the deal was for 2 people) so we had to ask for all items to be bought to our table. The food was honestly not good. My husband was starving so ate up but nothing was seasoned and had no flavour. Looking at the picture on your website and what we received it doesn't look the same. I was so looking forward to this as it sounded delicious on the menu but it was a big diappointment. We never had the 2nd drink we planned. I did mention to the young French waitress our concerns and all she could do was appolgize.
It's just disapointing when you plan a special occassion and look forward to it for weeks and it kinda goes belly up.
