It's a lazy 5 minute walk from southern cross railway station, the check was fast, the room was comfortable, if I'm in Melbourne I will stay there again.
Our heater stopped working at 0100 AM in the middle of a freezing winter night with
young kids in the room. Someone came up but couldn’t fix it, and we were never offered another room.
The worst part was at checkout. We complained and were told there was a note saying we had been offered a room change but WE refused because it was too late. This was simply not true. We were never offered a room change at all.
We also had broken blinds and no kettle when we arrived. Really disappointing experience and definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Nothing really. Well one thing. My daughter requested an extra blanket one night and she was given a mattress protector for a single bed. It was late so we didn’t make a fuss
Great location, easy to get to from train station. Beautiful art. Helpful friendly staff. Room was a great size, clean and comfortable with everything needed to enjoy our weekend. Tasty breakfast
