Pros:

位置很好，周围有很多餐厅，坐巴士去哪都很方便

Cons:

不到时间不能提前办理入住手续，房间没有收拾好至少可以提前把手入住手续办好吧！回来还要再耗费一些时间等待办理手续。
健身房虽然有，但是一小半的器械都坏了，贴了纸等待维修，相当于没有健身器械。

Stylish night in
Pros:

Absolutely everything, especially the decor

Cons:

That my stay was only 1 night. I do suggest pod coffee machines in the room. For such a stylish hotel, it makes sense to have real coffee.

Great location but hotel can be improved
Pros:

Location is important for me.

Cons:

The room is tiny, literally the smallest room on the floor, and the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. Not sure whether it’s the agreement between the hotel and Booking.com or it’s because I wasn’t a IHG member but very surprised when I stepped in to the room.

To make it worse, the room is not clean. I saw some oily spots on the table and I told myself maybe the table was damaged and they couldn’t be removed, but when I tried to wipe it off with tissue and water, the oily spots were gone. Cleaner could have done a better job.

The switch in the bathroom was also broken.

Amazing hotel and value
Pros:

Room was unique and very nice.

Cons:

Very minor but a few broken/cracked power points and switches in the room. They worked but probably should be fixed.

Below average. There are better hotels in Melbourne.
Pros:

Clean and tidy. Aesthetically very beautiful inside.

Cons:

My room was noisy. Close to the rail network, trams and road traffic.

The shower was built for persons with disabilities. Not what I expected. Carparking was expensive. Should have parked across the road.

Phone service after I booked and paid was terrible.
