I did enjoy the breakfast. Both mornings we were there the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

We stayed 2 nights and had a very difficult time getting our room card keys to work. We asked the manager and he helped and got it to work once and the first time he had just recarded them. The second evening of our stay i was so frustrated with the key cards, my daughter went to the front desk and the lady actually showed us a trick to get them to work and she had said about them being outdated, however that was in no shape or form my problem. The pool was also very cold which was very disappointing because that was the only reason we stayed at this very hotel. My grandaughter was shivering and it just euined everyrhing

The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, breakfast was suitable. Overall the room was nice If you just need somewhere to stay that Is decent.

Cons:

The rooms were really small. When In the bathroom, you either have to have the door all the way open or all the way closed there's no room for you to be In there and It be half open or cracked. The firestick would not work.

Decent for price.
Pros:

Location, price

Cons:

Cleanliness and comfort of room. Pull out bed was miserable even for my 7yr old. Had to ask for blanket and pillow for it as well.
Went to breakfast a little before 9am and no waffle mix. Bacon was almost see thru. Kinda weird.

The property was very clean! The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Only complaint would be the pool not being open i booked online and wish they had updated the website to notify that the pool was not working.

Pros:

Nothing, no one answers the phone, I’ve called 3-5 times a week to speak about a reservation and there’s been no answer every single time. Booking.com & I have both emailed the property to speak about my reservation and it’s a ghost town. DO NOT STAY HERE. I’ve gone back to Muncie to see if there’s anyone I can talk to and no one ever came to the front desk (waited 30+ minutes). It’s also clear the place is not clean!

Disappointing stay, not worth the money.
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

2 of the six pillows on the beds did not have pillowcases. There were so many chemicals in the pool you could smell it walking in the front door. It burnt my daughter’s eyes so bad they swelled up and she cried all night. The man at the front desk did let us use the eye wash station however it was not in good working order and the water barely came out.
