breakfast buffet was well organized, tasteful, warm/hot and plentiful. seating was sufficient, time frame was long enough to allow both for a late awakening and still have plenty of time to eat.
bathroom basin had no means of draining the water from washing, brushing teeth, etc. the fixture lacked the necessary plunger to raise the drain cap allowing water to escape. removing the drain cap was the only way to drain waste water. the tub/shower fixture was backward, right for hot left for cold and the sticker explaining the operation was not readily apparent until after i had discovered the backwards operation thru trial and error. when first opening the tub tab, reddish/brown water gushed into the tub giving the impression the water hadn't been used in this room (306) for a long while.
good breakfast reasonable price great locale
The hotel cancelled my reservation the morning of my stay because they said I was local and they don’t rent to people who live in the area… I was offered no refund
Staff was friendly and helpful
Building is worn and needs updating. Cleanliness was suspect not enough staff to keep up with breakfast so there was a lack of food and had to go to McDonald's next door to buy breakfast. Pool was not open and did not look in any state to open soon. Workout room woefully inadequate. Has a leak on our bathroom with water coming through ceiling. Elevator very slow and only I've not enough for size of full hotel. Handle came of door in stairway to lobby and not replaced.
Great location near restaurants and convenient stores.
Not as clean as I expected it to be.
I checked in on 12/30/25 i used to be a resident of the area but moved to a different STATE a year prior to this distasteful event , i came back for a funeral ! After staying at the hotel for 3 nights of my 7 day stay the RACIST manager decided to call the police for NO REASON and kick me and my girlfriend out at 11:30 pm on 1/2/26 ! Even after proving to NO LONGER RESIDE in Pennsylvania they continued to pick and be very rude and aggressive toward us! No one gave a legitimate reason for why they were kicking us out and why the police were called! It is 2026 PA should not and does not participate in RACISM this is unacceptable and i need answers ! I also was not given a refund for the remainder of the days of my stay! I’m am very disappointed
Femi was extremely rude. They denied myself and two other people due to our address being the same city. Never heard of any hotel doing this and their reason was because they had poor experiences with locals … then close your establishment if you don’t like the people here. Disgusted.
Clean. Quiet. Good location off highway and nearby restaurants and grocery (walking distance). Comfy mattress. Could turn on AC even in the winter, since the room was so hot and pretty dry. Decent breakfast for the price- chobani and oikos Greek yogurt.
Blankets were too hot and not breathable for one of us. Toilet clogged repeatedly though staff was friendly and responsive about it. We only stayed 2 nights so not that big a deal for a brief stay.
Electrical outlets next to bed need to be replaced. Too loose and didn't charge devices. Work around was plugging into the wall outlet that the clock is plugged into or the other outlets in the too..
Overall Horrible. Disrespect and rude staff. Bad management. Terrible customer service. Not a good place to go for any reason.
This location is terrible, especially the front desk clerk Chelsea and the manage on duty that day. We checked in on a Sunday, and extended our stay til Friday that week because my son was to complete chemo therapy. The room had feces on the toilet and the sheets were dirty, tired from the 6 hour drive up from NC we allowed the night shift employee to clean the room and give us new sheets and we were promised 2000 IHG points for the inconvenience. We left the hotel early Tuesday morning to check into the hospital across the street. Around we noon I came back to the hotel only to find our things were taking from the room and we were denied to continue our stay. They called the police on us because I demanded to have an understanding as to why would the only option be to put us out of the hotel and the rooms were paid for. The hotel stated that local residents within a 40mile radius could not rent. I explained that I reside in NC and provided proof, due to the situation with my I’ll son I just hadn’t the time to switch things over, this wasn’t good enough. I was met with a smart attitude and the police called. They did not return my incidentals, never awarded the points, and our money for the three nights left paid for has yet to be returned. The manager stated it’s not her problem my child has to go through chemo rules are rules. How could this be someone’s attitude in a position of authority and nothing was done wrong on our end other than booking with this awful establishment. We were able to locate most of our belongings but there are a few things still missing. Worse experience ever and corporate needs to look over these reviews, know one seems to have a kind word to say about this location. I would not recommend this place. If I could give less than one star I would. No regards to the harm caused by takin out money and leaving us with no where else to go.
Beds are very high and way too soft. Loud squeaking noise from the heater every 20/30 minutes. Loose trash on floor in hallway, looked like a latex gloves and some kind cap.
Clean, good location, staff, breakfast good.
Two lamps one on each side of the bed had no lampshades, just light bulbs hanging from fixtures.
Eating area chairs very worn out, cracking and broken.
The pillows were nice. cable tv and coffee machine in the room.
The breakfast was not to my liking, hash browns were all stuck together, eggs were in one big clump and not sure what the meat was. Ended up having raisin bran cereal and choc. muffin. The bathroom was a little on the old side. floor molding was coming undone and corners were dirty. Fixated shower head.
