Komfort auf höchstem Niveau

Ein top gepflegtes Hotel,Alles Tip Top in Ordnung, Professionell in alle Belangen vom Zimmer bis hin zum Service und Sauberkeit

Luxusurlaub in der eigenen Stadt
Pros:

Es ist für mich die schönste Möglichkeit dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Die ganze Hotelanlage versprüht ein Luxusgefühl ohne spiessig zu sein. Immer habe ich nette Gespräche mit Gästen aus anderen Ländern geführt und neue Bekanntschaften gemacht. All meine Freunde aus USA und Kanada verbringen mittlerweile auch Ihre Aufenthalte hier. Ich glaube dieser Stil aus hochwertigem Interieur und leiser Perfektion ist aussergewöhnlich. Toll ist auch, dass mir Wünsche erfüllt werden ohne dass ich sie explizit geäussert hätte. Ich werde wiedererkannt und unaufdringlich bemerkt. Im Restaurant wird der gute Stil beibehalten und an neue Mitarbeiter und Azubis vermittelt. Das Stammpersonal sorgt für einen perfekten Ablauf. Ich weiss zu schätzen was hier im Hintergrund geschieht um die Gäste glücklich zu machen. Es arbeiten viele neue junge Leute hier und ich bin begeisstert von deren Auftreten und Freundlichkeit. Egal ob Zimmerservice , Spa Mitarbeiter, Rezeption oder Restaurant und Bar der gute Stil zieht sich durch alle Bereiche. Es fühlt sich an als sei das alte Parkhotel wieder zurück, das Gästen aus aller Welt, Künstlern und Politikern ebenso herzlich ein gutes Gefühl vermittelt wie Touristen und Bremerinnen wie mir, die einfach nur Tapetenwechsel brauchen oder eine Klimaamlage in dieser heissen Zeit. Danke für Alles.

Cons:

Bei einigen Details würde ich in dieser Preisklasse und beim eigenen Anspruch des Hauses mehr erwarten, u.a.:

-Ungekühlter Aufschnitt / Butter / Fleischsalat beim Frühstück mitten in der Sonne und optisch entsprechend angeschlagen

-Einige relativ ungepflegte bis dreckige Abschnitte in den Außenbereichen und im Eingangsbereich

-Kein Getränkeservice im Außenbereich und auch kein Hinweis auf eine entsprechende Lösung in Eigeninitiative

Toller Kurzurlaub mitten im Park und super Frühstück und Wellnessanlage (auch großer Außenpool)

Sehr, sehr leckeres Frühstück dass keine Wünsche offen lässt in tollem Ambiente. Toller Wellnessbereich mit super großem Außenpool, der sogar morgens warm genug ist zum Schwimmen und vernünftige Öffnungszeiten hat. Super Lage mitten im Park.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit, alles sauber, sehr gute Zimmer Ausstattung, sehr schönes Hotel, die wunderschöne Lage im Park, der Frühstücksraum, das Ambiente und natürlich das reichhaltige Frühstück, lässt keine wünsche offen :)

Pros:

Room was amazing, spacious, very comfortable beds. Big and beautiful bathroom, and closet space. Everything very clean. Spa area was also very enjoyable and relaxing, it doesn’t feel overcrowded even when there is more guests.

Cons:

The food was not on the level you would expect from hotel like this, quite a disappointment. They also took very long with the food and we waited at the park restaurant 40minutes to bring simple dishes, same thing with breakfast.
