Frust!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super! auch das Restaurant ist gute

Cons:

Das Front-Personal ist unfreundlich und extrem unflexibel! Wir haben häufig im Hotel gewohnt. Vor einigen Wochen war die A7 und der Elbtunnel gesperrt - deshalb baten wir unsere Reservierung um 2 Tage zu verschieben - leider ohne Stornomöglichkeit!
Wir werden das Hotel in Zukunft nicht mehr buchen!

Alles sehr schön sonst. Tolles Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage.

Cons:

Die Duschen im Wellnessbereich funktionieren nicht und sind ziemlich wackelig. Das macht den Eindruck von Renovierungsbedürfigkeit.

Pros:

Grundsätzlich gutes Haus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings gepflegt und ansprechend.

Cons:

Warten auf eine Platz für das Frühstücken, besser wären hier dann feste Zeiten

Pros:

5 star feeling for 3 star prices. Nice location inside a large park at the westside of Bremen

Cons:

Staff at the reception seemed having to fulfill multiple roles. We had to wait 15 minutes before we could check-in, because the ladies at the reception had to go up and fix a problem in one of the rooms.
