Das Fernsehgerät war im Verhältnis zur Entfernung zum Bett unterdimensioniert.

Alles ,von der wunderschönen Lage des Hotels am See, die schönen Zimmer, ein sehr gutes Fachpersonal welches auch noch sehr zuvorkommend ist, ein Fitnessbereich der ein echtes Studio ersetzt, ein sehr gepflegtes Restaurant mit guten Essen. Ein rund um schönes Haus was man zu 100% empfehlen kann. Danke an das gesamte Team. Bravo

Romantic hotel with great atmosphere
Pros:

Lovely atmosphere and location in the park. Quiet room. Great view to the lake. The outdoor swimming pool is especially nice in winter and warm enough to enjoy even on a rainy day. Staff were very kind and responsive.

Cons:

Some very small details could have been better, but staff were responsive when we asked for a teaspoon or adjustment to the noise of the airconditioning.

Gute Lage des Hotel und das tolle Zimmer mit Seeblick. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und fir guten Cocktails an der Bar

Cons:

Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn es eine Spa Tasche im Zimmer gegeben hätte und es einen Services der Getränke im Spa Bereich bzw.im Aussenbereich.

Wunderbare Zimmer, freundlicher Service, fantastisches Frühstück

Cons:

Der Spabereich wurde in den letzten Jahren etwas vernachlässigt! Der Whirlpool wurde außer Betrieb genommen, anstelle dessen wurde ein improvisierter Liegebereich darauf konstruiert, alte Handtücher und Trinkbecher wurden nicht weggeräumt, Luftdüsen im Dampfbad sind teilweise defekt….. der Bereich hat viel Potential ist momentan aber eher traurig geworden

Die Lage, im Bürgerpark, hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir hatten bei bestem Wetter eine schönen Spaziergang machen können.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat auf alle Fragen immer eine freundliche und zuvorkommende Antwort. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich und sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Wir wurden beim Frühstück zum Tisch geführt, was sehr freundlich war. Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend, jedoch waren wir von der Präsentation und dem Aufbau des Frühstücksbuffet überrascht. Es war um dem Buffet sehr unruhig und es wirkte unkoordiniert.

Lekker bijgetankt.

Prachtige locatie, nog mooier dankzij de sneeuw

Cons:

Zwembad was kouder dan anders, voorheen was het heerlijk om hier te zwemmen in de winter. Verder mis ik nog steeds een zelfbediening koffie automaat, moet altijd veel moeite doen om koffie te krijgen wanneer ik wil.
