Some parts are outdated. Drain in our sink was broken as soon as we got there, no staff was able to come and fix for us before we left

Beautiful hotel clean and very comfortable friendly staff but disappointing that we had misunderstanding about parking

Very clean and comfortable. Quiet.

Cons:

I made the reservation after googling hotels for sleep, Park and fly. It brought me to this hotel but When I got there they said it had to be made directly through the hotel. They did not have room for parking for my Sunday to Thursday parking needs We ended up having to park at the airport.

Pros:

There is a man who works there, his nam is Jay, he was.very helpful. He tried.to help me with my Verifly that i needed.to finish and when i couldnt get it to go through took me to.the airport before 4am so i could get.it.taken care of. Wonderful.guy. thank you

In general the hotel is outdated, but well managed
Pros:

I was impressed, because the hotel was better than I expected. I didn’t picked it by myself and the reviews were not great. But when I came, I was impressed from the lobby and front desk.
I like the cleanliness of the room, nice reception zone, friendliness of staff especially Ashley in the bar! She is awesome! Pretty big pool area, good for kids.

In general the hotel is outdated but well managed.

Irritating
Pros:

They didn’t have my booking in there system when I tired to check in, I had to call booking.com and was left with a 20 minute hold. Eventually they got it figured out but the staff was rude and no help.
