Muy cómodo, limpio un excelente lugar para llegar y lo que es realmente descansar, no preocuparte por nada. El desayuno es muy bueno,caliente a su tiempo y no solo esta bonito por fuera también las habitaciones están de lujo.

Cons:

Todo está muy bien lo único que me habría gustado es más tiempo en el bar y la cocina, la alberca ,creo que es muy temprano la hora de cierre pero hasta en eso son muy buenos.

Pros:

I've stayed here before and I really enjoyed this hotel everytime. It being around restaurants and just down the road from a local Walmart, it's also quiet and comfortable as well.

Cons:

They my need more charging ports in the room.

Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good, better than most hotel breakfasts. I was in town for a motorcycle training course. On my last day i had a problem with my motor and Ashia was stellar, taking the time out of her busy day to accommodate. Cannot say enough good things here. If you are looking for a friendly, clean, economical place to spend a few days, this is your place.

Pros:

The property was awesome. We had to check out a day early and can’t get Expedia to get in touch with me about a refund. We had a family emergency. The hotel clerk was super sweet and let us know that we needed to request a refund from Expedia. They hsve not got back in touch with me.

Clean, friendly staff but algae was unaccustomed.
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean. We had 4 women in our group. We had been at gulf shores for a week. Our property manager overbooked for Friday night and we were told we had to leave even though I had paid for Friday nightl we had to leave. We were VERY disappointed to visit your pool only to find algae in it. I spoke to the front desk and they sent the pool guy out to clean but it didn’t help our situation. I’ve traveled for years and never has I seen visible algae like I witnessed in your pool. Very disappointing for our group!

There was no one at the desk when we arrived around 8pm. After waiting five minutes I had to look for staff member who I eventually found in an office area. This is a security concern as no one was monitoring the entrance. Our bathroom door did not close, bathroom floor was dirty. Breakfast was weak. This facility was not
