Loved the location, staff and rooms
There was no pool and no real space for groups to come together. Disappointing that a hotel of this size does not have more open space
We had a great time. Staff really care about their guests and ensuring a 5 star experience. The spa and main pool were closed for renovations but they were still able to offer some spa services in another wing of the hotel and had the top pool available for use. Pergula was great for breakfast and had awesome staff, can’t say the same for their dinner. Mee was amazing and their staff was so awesome.

Indudablemente, la atención del personal es de lo mejor, la hospitalidad y la amabilidad del personal son cosas notables. Les estamos agradecidos. En la recepción muy particular a Beatriz y Diego su gran calidad humana y el apoyo que nos brindaron no tiene precio, agradecidos por la calidez de su atención y por las gestiones que hicieron para que nuestra estancia fuese lo más agradable. Diego y Beatriz hicieron una gestión ante la administración que es algo invaluable y que pocos hoteles en el mundo hacen. Esto hace la diferencia con la Cadena Belmont, pero muy en particular con el Copacabana Palace. Agradecidos con ellos por sus gestiones.
Todo es perfecto en este Hotel Copacabana Palace y sin duda está el ánimo de continuar siendo huéspedes.
Quizá un detalle habría sido que en el check out se enviase el costo total, no obstante sabiendo de la amabilidad de todo el personal, lo demás sale sobrando. Este hotel es maravilloso, sin duda regresaremos.
Reiteramos el agradecimiento al Sr Diego en particular porque nos hizo una gestión para que el check out fuese a nuestro horario y gracias a la administración por tan finos detalles.

Purtroppo nel nostro periodo di soggiorno, la piscina era chiusa a causa di lavori in corso e i servizi della Spa non erano disponibili (credo a causa della stessa motivazione). Sarebbe appropriato comunicarlo tempestivamente ai clienti che prenotano la struttura per tutti godere di tutti i suddetti servizi inclusi. Lo staff é stato comunque gentilissimo e comprensivo quando lo abbiamo fatto notare.

A black pool estava aberta para uso de todos os hóspedes, porém as cadeiras eram desconfortáveis.

Beautifull classic building, some parts need some renovation. Very friendly staff but service level is way beyond what I’m used to in other Belmond hotels or same level hotels.
Stayed as a family of three in a suite overlooking the beach in July 2026, the room was absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is also fabulous, the pool was under renovation which was a shame as it's a standout for the hotel, but we did get to use the roof top pool. It's not the cheapest hotel, but it's value for what you get and experience, we also loved the breakfast. Book yourself on the free hotel tour, it is so worth it to hear the hotel's history and get a guided tour behind the scenes and an insight into some of those famous previous guests. We always love a hotel that has history and character, and the Copacabana Hotel delivers on all, service was also impeccable and the location is fabulous.
La atención de todo el personal fue excepcional; nos hicieron sentir realmente especiales desde el primer momento. Cada detalle estuvo cuidadosamente pensado y fue simplemente encantador. ¡No queríamos irnos! Además, los desayunos fueron deliciosos y se convirtieron en uno de los mejores momentos de nuestra estadía.
Lo único que nos decepcionó fue que la piscina principal estuviera en remodelación, ya que no fuimos informados de ello antes de realizar la reserva. Fue lo que menos nos gustó, ya que es uno de los principales atractivos del hotel. Aunque la piscina disponible era agradable, al ser más pequeña se llenaba con facilidad, por lo que no pudimos disfrutarla como nos hubiera gustado.
