Não tenho do que reclamar. Foi tudo perfeito. Tivemos um probleminha com a água que estava saindo super quente, ligamos para a recepção para reclamar e o funcionário subiu e ajustou tudo em menos de 10 minutos.

Fantástico
Pros:

O Copacabana Palace é um ícone do Rio de Janeiro. A arquitetura histórica, o charme clássico e a localização em frente à praia de Copacabana tornam a experiência muito especial. O café da manhã é excelente e o serviço da equipe foi muito atencioso. A área da piscina também é um dos pontos altos do hotel.

Luxury at is best
Pros:

A hotel that is an icon. Classic design, phenomenal service. We loved all the little touches that made the difference, like how there were little delicious macaronis laying beside the entrance, amazing presents being given to us - havaianas, gems, and presents next to our bed every night.
