Perfect location, good facilities, excellent and attentive staff!

Everything was ok. Excellent service and the all people are very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Galata Times Hotel. We had a stunning view from our room. The restaurant also has immaculate views! İt was in a convenient location with public transport near by. Lots of cafes and places to dine out close by too. A big shout out to Shahin at the reception desk as he was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond for us! Thanks for a wonderful stay. Will be back if we visit Istanbul in the future.

Was a short stay. Great location. Did an upgrade to have a front window otherwise you are at the back of the building.

Very cozy hotel, in a beautiful, central, and convenient location (literally next to Sishane Metro station ), with excellent staff (reception, housekeeping, cafe & restaurant). So nice people all of them, always very polite and helpful I just felt like home.

I stayed at the Galata Times Hotel during my trip to Istanbul and had a truly great experience. From the moment I checked in, Rahim at the front desk was super welcoming and kind. He really went out of his way to help me, arranging my tours and transportation so I didn’t have to worry about anything.

The location couldn’t be better, Galata Tower is just a couple of minutes away on foot, and Istiklal Street is also close by, which made it easy to explore the city.

The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, with a nice vibe. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful.

Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Huge thanks to Rahim for making my stay extra enjoyable.

Great location, great and kind staff. Breakfast is a plus with great view of the city and Galata tower. Clean rooms. We stayed in the connected rooms which was really convenient.

Everything is perfect

When we checked in, the room reserved had two major concerns: first, the AC was turning off every two hours which caused so much disturbance to our sleep as it was very hot weather in Istanbul. Second, the room carpet was very dirty and stained. We raised our concern to the receptionist a few times. At first, they informed us there was no other room available. After three days, we were granted another room with better flooring (less stain and much clean) but the AC issue was similar in both rooms. The receptionists and the lady at the restaurant (breakfast was included) were very kind and supportive. The location is great as it is walking distance from Galata Tower and Teksim - Istiklal area. I am sure with some attention to details like changing the room flooring and fixing the AC issue, this hotel can earn a 5 star rating.

Great small boutique hotel located in Galatar historic district just a few steps from Sishane metro stop. Excellent metro access from the IST airport as well as to Grand Bazar, Sultanahmet historical district via tram. Also enjoyed the Istanbul sunset views, excellent breakfast from the roof top bar. You can find all you want to do in Galatar district including shopping, restaurants/outdoor bars, art gallery. Wonderful staff and charming hotel cat too!

Great location near Galata Tower. Easy access to Metro (1 stop to Taksim Sq), Funicular, and lower end of Istiklal Street. Good breakfast with eggs, salads, cereals, fruit, and variety of bread options, and great view of Bosphorus from roof top restaurant area.

We had an amazing time in Istanbul and the hotel was wonderful. From the moment we checked in, Rahim and the team took excellent care of us, making sure that our questions were answered and that our stay was nothing less than perfect. In addition, the breakfast and the view of the Galata Tower each morning was breathtaking. Our breakfast host, Simin, always greeted us with a smile and she truly brightened our mornings. Çok teşekkür ederim!!
