Lovely hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, great walking space with a pond around the grounds, breakfast at associated restaurant (Silver Trumpet) was very good. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet, staff were friendly and helpful. Nice decor. Pet friendly. Walking distance to good restaurants. Safe.

Cons:

We booked a king bed but when we got there, they informed the A/C was not working in the king rooms, so they had to give us a 2 queen room. To make it up to us, they comped parking and breakfast. I didn't like that there is a fee for parking but we didn't end up having to pay it.

Pros:

Shower was great. Bed was great.

Cons:

Balcony was not a Balcony. Parking was ridiculous. There was a childrens soccer team staying there. No bueno.

Pros:

My experience was great because the staff were welcoming as well as absolutely amazing, especially Zarur! We need more people in customer service like him! The hotel is gorgeous however because our trip was for business we didn't get to explore and enjoy all the lovely amenities and beautiful ambiance that they offer.
