Highly recommended !! Wonderful refreshing hotel experience for a person exhausted by extensive travel.
Pros:

Very nice rooms, convenient access, good location, security was adequate, very well kept and clean.
On the whole, an excellent stay. I plan to return.

Cons:

Maintenance and food service were somewhat lacking -- not up to the same standards as other aspects of the property . . .

Another outstanding stay at an excellent value. Totally recommend.
Pros:

This was my fourth outstanding stay at this hotel. The room is good sized and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is good, and includes scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. Friendly and welcoming people behind the counter in the lobby. What seals the deal is the value ... how good a stay you get for what you pay. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The breakfast in mid-winter didn't have the usual breakfast breads and pastries that it had at my other visits. There were only three yogurts (but I ate at the very end of breakfast). Still had eggs and sausage and waffles. In four visits, that is my first nitpick.

Adjust you're breakfast, get rid of the old sheets

I like the staff. And the coffee is drinkable.

Cons:

Don’t believe that you can adjust your dates after the cancellation. Also, the breakfast is rather disgusting. The waffle maker is broken. The HVAC system in the gym has been broken for months — you can’t open the door or window fyi. Also, one of the treadmills has been broken for a while and the elliptical will be broken shortly as it’s squeaking pretty bad. In the gym, this pile and broom remained in the same spot for three days. - see pic

The WORST EVER!!!

The gentlemen that checked me in, was great! He was the only one!!!

Cons:

The customer service, the ladies at the check in counter!!! And the management, was the WORST I EVER SAW AND EXPERIENCED!!!!! I had leave a very important meeting! That almost cost me the loss of a property and house purchase!!! Just because the management! And staff! LIED to me!!!!! And put me on HOLD!!! For about an hour!!! I believe they were hoping I would just hang up, but I didn't! And when I arrived at the hotel, the management on duty went behind the check in counter area and hung up the phone line that I was put on hold!!!!! I haven't had time to confirm if I was charged for checking out a little after 11am! Due to being on hold!!! I will never, ever! Recommend or suggest this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst management and staff I have ever meet!!! With the exception of the gentlemen who check me in. He was the only one who was professional, respectful and made me feel welcomed..
