Pros:

Everything was good except our shower didn't drain. The staff was great and moved us to a different room otherwise our stay was great

All of the loose animals i have two kids and safety was an issue

Habitaciones amplias.

Cons:

Habitación sucia, ascensor y pasillos sucios. Bañera se atasca si dejas correr el agua mientras te duchas. Desayuno muy cutre. Pan malo, cereales baratos y los huevos revueltos saben raro.

Cons:

We made a reservation for a local resident that had her power turned off. We booked it for two nights in case of an emergency that we needed her to stay longer, and we were told we could cancel for the following day. However, when it came that time, and my staff informed the hotel that we would not be staying the second night, they charged us anyway.
