It was OK. Our stay was short. I could not sleep due to the noisy appliances in the room.
Pros:

Location and cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The minibar is awfully noisy specially at night. It was impossible to sleep with the constant roar. The air conditioning was also very noisy. All I look for in these kinds of hotels is a good night sleep and did not get one here. I prefer an actual restaurant with full service for breakfast, but the food was ok.

very disappointed with this property

staff was very unprofessional, took 45 minutes to check inn while employee was on phone getting directions, finally got to room and television was not working properly and we informed the front fest 3 times and was told he had no technical knowledge, I would have expected a offer for a different room , none was offered said he would send maintenance staff, but never did , as a result my girl friend went home being upset with hotel, we have stayed there numerous time this has been our worst experience, will not return

Great place to stay
Pros:

We had wonderful experience during the stay. Very helpful team and very knowledgeable, helpful and gave us lot of information about the area. Cean, good breakfast options and quiet location, very close to CU Boulder, if anyone attending to an event or a game, a best place to stay, 10 minutes to CU Boulder.

Hotel has good bones but has problems
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast is horrible, worst hotel "breakfast" I've ever had. Also the gym could be decent but the Hvac system is and has been broken, so no air and the windows do not open so it's very hot and nasty. Plus the tv doesn't work and the equipment couldn't use some attention.

Too many dogs and homless people. Rooms and staff are ok
Pros:

By 8am most of the food is gonne and you have to BEG them to bring like an extra yogurt. They allow homeless people to bunch up 4-5 of them in the same room. Many people leave the dogs off the lease inside and outside the hotel. ROOMS AND STAFF ARE REALLY NICE THOUGH
