All in all, we enjoyed our stay

- Fantastic location - walking distance to sports centres, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, etc.
- Friendly & helpful staff
- Amazing restaurant (Queen's Harbour) right across the street
- Clean lobby & rooms
- Water refill stations located on each floor
- Free wifi
- Lavazza in-room coffee/coffee maker

- The only real con was in regard to our room
(426) - The curtains don't slide properly, the bathroom lock/handle gets stuck, the toilet paper is very cheap, the TV was glitchy, the pillows were very flat, the bed on the left was very squeaky, and there is a decent amount of wear on tear on the walls, etc.

Lack of sound insulation and noisy hotel guests. The pillows could be better for neck support.

Great location and staff limited amenities
Pros:

Location of the 509/510 street cars to Union Station. Vicinity for Rogers stadium and Scotiabank arena + CN tower could not be located any better.

Cons:

Disappointed that there was no restaurant or bar on premises. Local food options are limited to mamas pizza, subway, Tim Horton coffee and Amsterdam brew house.

Pros:

Hotel and room were great!

Cons:

There were two days when across the street there were temporary generators, wish I was on the other side of the building as the noice was a bit much at night. Earplugs were offered by hotel staff, but the noise still persisted.
