Comfortable. But, next time, I will choose another hotel.
Pros:

The hotel sits by the lake and offers a beautiful view. However, getting anywhere else—like the Old Town—requires a 30-minute walk. While it is very close to the aquarium and the CN Tower, it is at least a 30-minute walk to any other attraction. Another important point: there is no room service at night. So, if you’re tired and want to eat at the hotel, that’s not an option, since the restaurant only serves breakfast—and even then, the selection is limited. You’ll need to head to one of the nearby restaurants, which are decent enough; after all, it’s hard to go wrong with a burger or a pizza.

Cons:

The hotel reception staff were polite but not particularly friendly or attentive. I requested a late checkout—I was due to leave at 12:00 PM and asked to stay until 4:00 PM—and offered to pay. However, reception told me I would have to pay for an entire additional night.

Pros:

Am besten wäre die Lage direkt am Wasser und unser Blick aus dem Fenster direkt auf das Wasser.

Cons:

Hotel will sehr hochklassig sein, aber dann passt es an vielen Stellen nicht.
Alleine wenn schon die Buchstaben des Hotelnamen nicht alle leuchten oder schräg hängen.
Im Zimmer sind einige Schranktüren nicht gut montiert und schleifen über dem Boden, dadurch ist sogar der Laminat darunter beschädigt.
Hotel liegt zwar am See, aber doch immer mit viel Fußweg zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Und dieser Fußweg führt an schmutzigen Unterführung und leerstehenden Häusern vorbei.
Der Pool war zwar Anfang September noch nutzbar, aber da die Saison vorbei war, wir dort nicht mehr sauber gemacht.
Überall Haare, Essensreste und Strohhalme vom Feiertag am 7.9. übrig. (Wir waren am 9.9. da)
War nicht lecker und wir haben extra 500€ mehr für das Zimmer bezahlt, um diesen Pool zu haben. Das war echt enttäuschend.

Great location and very good hotel.
Pros:

Great location and pool was a bonus (great staff there). Would stay there again!

Cons:

Had a problem that should have been sorted out at the time, but they latterly compensated us which was both professional and appreciated.

It was in and out so I didn’t make a big fuss about anything.
Pros:

The location is rather nice.

Cons:

The parking was under construction and very limited space so a bit frustrating. When I opened the door to my room the was a nasty musty smell coming from the bathroom . Kind of a sewer smell coming from the drain.
Not pleasant at all.

Toronto stopover comfort.
Pros:

Location near Union Station, public transport, train museum, waterfront was amazing. Rooms secure and very comfortable. Right next to Amsterdam Brewery..very nice.

Size of room actually weirdly big and souless.
I dont know anyone who would sit in that dining
Area dark and at the back .
Soo expensive £300 a night !
Breakfast extra ?! good view but small room low quality Ingredients. Chaotic poor waiter was stressed under staffed.
Felt like a commuter sales man cafe, wouod expect for that money breakfast included and full

Pros:

Lovely staff throughout very pleasant & helpful, nothing was ever a problem..Gentleman in gift shop so so lovely & welcoming.
Clean, comfortable bed.
Great location to explore beautiful downtown Toronto 👌

Main bar & washroom just awful.
No nice sitting area for evening chat & drink, unbelievably the breakfast area overlooking the beautiful harbour setting closed from 11am such a shame & missed opportunity.
Not informed of works going on until letter on arrival, loud, noisy work would have changed booking if I knew ..coffee area in reception closed @ 2pm way too early given no nice lounge area....view from bedroom would have been much nicer if the windows were cleaned.... online photos very different from reality...
