It was clean, comfortable, and felt safe. The staff was very friendly.

The employees I encountered - front desk clerks and kitchen staff - were incredibly friendly and diligent in their duties. They made sure breakfast foods and the coffee urns were stocked and not run out. Coffee was actually very good.

Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Exceptional! Yes, you want to stay at this property. All areas were spotless, well lit, well stocked rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff at the front desk and the breakfast area. Breakfast area was well stocked and clean! Accolades to all!! We will return when in the area. Oh yes, and reasonably priced.

Stayed 3 nights, 6/29 to 7/2.

Location is a few yards off a very loud and busy I-77. Rooms at next to I-77 get a 7/24 noise bath. If you stay, make sure you're on the front side. BTW, if you're coming in via I-77, the exit is confusing and crowded with construction all the way to the hotel.

The good news, not very busy, room seemed OK, breakfast was acceptable and it's close to exit (see above).

Room had extra amenities (microwave & frig) BUT the bath room door was a strange "barn door" style sliding door. There are no fans in the "bathroom", so odors linger. Sorry, gross I know, but there's that. But the door is about 16" from one of the two beds. Don't expect any acoustical privacy if you're in the first bed and someone is using the toilet.

The hotel has a policy: "CHANGE LINENS, BATH TOWELS, MAKING UP BEDS OR CLEAN EVERY OTHER DAY". That wasn't advertised or explained when we check in. The notice is a tiny sticker on the bottom right of the bathroom mirror. We discovered this on returning the first night. Yep, it's their "policy".

It got worse. We returned on the third night & the towels were changed, trash emptied but NO FRESH BED LINENS OR MADE UP BED. So for our entire stay, no fresh linens or made up beds. BTW, I had unknowingly, I sliced my hand on the mini-frig opening it in the night so there were small blood stains on my sheets for the entire stay.

Of course, we called the desk. Besides "sorry about that", no solution was offered. No willingness to change room or have someone come then and give us fresh sheets. I suggested there should be some compensation for the lack of cleaning. The front desk told us to "take it up with Expedia" since we didn't book directly with them.

Clean, welcoming staff, beds are nice!! we didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice and the workout center was well equipped.

Breakfast was good and hit the spot. Everything was nice and clean and I ate even though I don’t like buffet settings which is a huge compliment to your staff.

I just checked in after being treated in Urgent Care. We booked through a third party. Having recently traveled out the country, unbeknownst to us we contracted COVID. We reached out to the 3rd party with a documented positive diagnosis but was advised that Chris from the hotel would not waived the cancellation due to policy. Thus, I’ll be going back to get my husband from being treated and staying at the hotel. We do not have money to lose and can prove that we are not crying wolve. I OVERstand people use COVID and other commutable illnesses as an out but we have paperwork. As Humamitarians, we will DEFINITELY do our part to protect fellow guest.

Nice hotel. Lots of road construction nearby. Tiny tub/shower.

The front desk staff are excellent; very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast selections were very nice. The whole facility is very clean.
