It’s conveniently located in a very good spot, but this hotel needs serious renovation. At least on the first floor room
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude at check in. No simple/basic customer service skills. She didn’t even greet us with a Good afternoon. Also this property needs a lot of attention. Our room was falling apart.

Cons:

We were told by a staff member that this hotel had previously experienced flooding and you could tell.

Housekeeping didn’t do a great job with cleaning of the rooms their were left over dressings in the fridge from previous

Cons:

I didn’t like that the pool doesn’t open early like 10am went to the pool with kids and the gate was locked kids were disappointed, and guest have cigarette buds on the ground where sign says no smoking area

non capisco perché la gente si lamenta nelle recensioni! non ascoltate le recensioni negative ! la struttura era in una posizione comodissima , la camera pulita e superspaziosa, c’è il frigo c’è la vasca (che si è un po’ vecchia ma per lavarsi che problema è ?) ho avuto una camera a un prezzo molto basso per il comfort che offriva , 2 letti matrimoniali , tv, sapone e tutto il necessario, phono capelli, fazzoletti, insomma la gente è sempre incontentabile fanno lamentele inutili per un hotel che offre molti servizi inclusa colazione a prezzi stracciati! CONSIGLIATO!

The rate was good for what it was

Cons:

Was there for 3 days and nobody cleaned my room not one time , no extra towels nothing. There was a dog next door that literally barked the whole time.
