Cons:

I didn’t like the no elevators only because we got a suite on the 3rd floor and it was hard with 3 kids going up and down 2 flights of stairs. Other than that it was great.

Pros:

It was a very comfortable stay for us. We were travelling with our 14 yr. old grandson. The couch conversion to a bed worked well for us.the breakfast was very good. There is a wonderful mall a few minute drive away where we had dinner.

Pros:

Breakfast at Sonesta ES Redondo Beach is always fabulous!

Cons:

The level of cleanliness in the patio area needed attention. Crumbs in the chairs and around the patio fire and also the covered patio area. I am surprised at the general public not cleaning up after themselves. The hotel staff should not have to clean up after them.

Pros:

The room was modern and very nice! I loved that it had a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, two-burner stove, colander, pots, plates, bowls, cups, knives, cutting board, and utensils—a big plus for me. It was spacious, and I booked a one-bedroom queen suite for three adults and one child. There were two TVs, the pull-out bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

My room was on the third floor with no elevator, so there was a lot of carrying back and forth, up and down the stairs. By the time we got everything to the room, we were already exhausted. To top it off, it was really hot that day, and the room was at 79 degrees. I set the AC to 65, and it felt perfect after a few minutes. They had two remotes but only one remote worked for the TVs. Also, from what I remember, room service stops at 3 p.m.

The staff here is horrible and clearly doesn't like to work. Called the front desk a few times for help for 2 days and never go an answer + the phone would just hang up after several rings! Horrible staff! If you don't want to work, don't take the job! Simple!
