Nothing special, but got the job done.
It was ok for an overnight stay
Close to a lot out east. Clean and quiet
Really the ONLY negative comment I have is the doors to the rooms are loud when they open & especially when they close. Over all great!!
This hotel was everything! The bed was beyond amazing. If I could stick it in my car and take it home I would have purchased it. Bedding was delightful clean bright soft and warm. Shower was perfect temperature and pressure. Soaps provided smelled great and left my hair soft. Coffee in the room was fantastic. A fantastic place to stay.
Parking.
The property charges $7.00 a night for guest parking. I understand paying for guest parking at downtown hotels due to limited parking spaces usually located at parking garages. But parking spaces at suburban hotels are not at parking garages but on property so why charge? I have come to Memphis for the last 5 years in September to attend the Southern Heritage Classic. I stay 3 nights (Thursday - Saturday). This parking charged adds an extra $21.00 on my bill. I don’t care for it, but I really enjoy my stay at the property. But now being retired I may have to seek hotels with more inclusive fees.

Good
Clean and quiet
Like it very much
The place is great. However was not expecting or prepared to have to pay an additional $100 at check in!
Unlike other Hyatt properties I have stayed at, this one smelled, had very dirty carpets, and we had ants and a roach in our room. We brought a box of cookies into our room and the next morning there were ants in the box, all over the table, and on the sofa. Not impressed at all by this hotel.
Good value
Great service
The stay was comfortable and the property very nice. The night staff at check-in was completely inattentive, but was at least there. The drink selection in the “Market” was very limited. You could have any soft drink you wanted, as long as all you want is Pepsi or Mountain Dew. I didn’t. WORST COFFEE EVER! Next time I will find something else.
Everyone at the front desk from check in to check out were very pleasant and helpful.
A bit worn… sink didn’t drain.
This is a Hyatt, it’s older and my room smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff was polite, it serves its purpose if you need something quick. However, breakfast hours were pretty odd but the time I went downstairs around 9:30 they were shutting everything down.
It was a nice place to stay. 2 people when you checked in, only 1 person actually greated you though. The pictures diid make it seem it was bigger than what it actually was. TINY bathroom. Weird that the towels was inside the showers.
The carpet in the toom had a musty order. I went yo dollar yre to buy carpet deoderizer.
